ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով կատարված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են երթուղային միկրոավտոբուսի մեջ տեղի ունեցած սպանության մի շարք հանգամանքներ:

Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2021թ. ապրիլի 14-ին՝ ժամը 10:10-ի սահմաններում, Արտաշատ քաղաքի 57-ամյա բնակիչը  երթուղային միկրոովտոբուսի մեջ, դիմակ չկրելու հետ կապված՝ Երևան քաղաքի 39-ամյա բնակչի կողմից արված դիտողության հարցի շուրջ վիճաբանել է վերջինիս հետ, որի ընթացքում իր մոտ գտնվող դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել տղամարդու կրծքավանդակին` ապօրինաբար դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկելով նրան:

2021թ. ապրիլի 20-ին 57-ամյա տղամարդը ներկայացել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին և տվել խոստովանական ցուցմունք:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ 57-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ (սպանություն) հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
