Վահրամ Դումանյանն ու Վարդինե Օհանյանը քննարկել են սպորտի ոլորտում հայ- լիբանանյան համագործակցությունը զարգացնելու հարցը

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Վահրամ Դումանյանն ընդունել է Լիբանանի Հանրապետության երիտասարդության և սպորտի նախարար Վարդինե Օհանյանին՝ Հայաստանում Լիբանանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մայա Դաղերի և Լիբանանում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Վահագն Աթաբեկյանի ուղեկցությամբ։ Հանդիպմանը ներկա են եղել նաև ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալներ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը և Կարեն Գիլոյանը։  Այս մասին հայտնեիցն ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունից:

Նախարար Վահրամ Դումանյանը, ողջունելով գործընկերոջ այցը ԿԳՄՍՆ, նախ երախտագիտություն է հայտնել Լիբանանի կառավարությանը՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության 106-րդ տարելիցի միջոցառումներին պաշտոնական պատվիրակությամբ մասնակցելու համար։ Անդրադառնալով երկու երկրների՝ 2020 թվականի ընթացքում ունեցած դժվարություններին՝ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ նպատակաուղղված աշխատանքի շնորհիվ դրանք կհաղթահարվեն։ Այդ համատեքստում նախարարը կարևորել է հայ-լիբանանյան համագործակցությունը՝ առաջարկելով շարունակական զարգացման նպատակով ընդլայնել երիտասարդության և սպորտի բնագավառներում համատեղ ծրագրեր իրականացնելու հնարավորությունները. «Մեր ժողովուրդների միջև պատմականորեն ձևավորվել են բարեկամական ջերմ հարաբերություններ, ինչն ամուր հիմք է միջպետական ծրագրերի իրականացման, առկա փոխգործակցության ամրապնդման և հետագա զարգացման համար։ Երկկողմ հարաբերություններն ունեն մեծ ներուժ, որը մենք հաջողությամբ կարող ենք օգտագործել երիտասարդության և սպորտի ոլորտներում»։

Վարդինե Օհանյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ընդունելության համար և փոխանցել Լիբանանի նախագահ Միշել Աունի ողջույնը և բարեմաղթանքները։

«Հայ-լիբանանյան հարաբերությունները մշտապես աչքի են ընկել փոխադարձ վստահությամբ, միմյանց օգնելու պատրաստակամությամբ։ Համոզված եմ՝ համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ մեր փոխգործակցությունն առավել կամրապնդվի և կզարգանա։ Մենք մեծապես արժևորում ենք Հայաստանի փորձառությունը երիտասարդության ու սպորտի ոլորտներում և պատրաստ ենք այդ ուղղություններով համագործակցությանը»,- ասել է Վարդինե Օհանյանը և ընդգծել լիբանանահայ համայնքի առանցքային դերակատարությունը երկկողմ հարաբերություններում։ 

Կողմերը խոսել են երկու երկրների երիտասարդների առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերների, խնդիրների և դրանց հաղթահարման ուղղությունների մասին։ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ այժմ մշակման փուլում է ՀՀ երիտասարդական պետական քաղաքականության ռազմավարությունը, և աշխատանքային խումբն առանձնակի ուշադրություն է դարձնում Սփյուռքի հետ հարաբերություններին, միջպետական երիտասարդական ֆորումների իրականացման հնարավորություններին։ Նախարարի տեղակալի խոսքով՝ հայ-լիբանանյան հարաբերությունները հնարավոր է խորացնել նաև այդ ձևաչափով։

Անդրադառնալով սպորտային ոլորտում համագործակցության հնարավոր տարբերակներին՝ կողմերը քննարկել են երկու երկրների մարզիկների համատեղ ուսումնամարզական հավաքներ, սեմինարներ անցկացնելու հնարավորությունները: ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Կարեն Գիլոյանը Հայաստանի մարզական ենթակառուցվածքները ներկայացնելու պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել, ինչին Վարդինե Օհանյանը սիրով համաձայնել է։ Գործընկերները փոխադարձաբար հետաքրքրվել են երկու երկրների մարզիկների՝ Տոկիոյում կայանալիք Օլիմպիական խաղերի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներից և միմյանց մաղթել հաջողություն սպորտային գլխավոր ստուգատեսում։  

Զրուցակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել նաև կրթական բարեփոխումների, մշակութային կապերի ամրապնդման, լիբանանահայ համայնքի ու Լիբանանում հայկական դպրոցների վերաբերյալ և առաջիկա օրերին համագործակցության մտադրությունների նամակ ստորագրելու պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերել՝ այդպիսով անցնելով  կապերի խորացման գործնական քայլերի։
