Ֆրանսիայում ամենուր յուրաքանչյուրը յուրովի է հարգանքի տուրք մատուցում Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակին: Այս մասին Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիրում իր ելույթում նշեց Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի պետքարտուղար Ժան-Բատիստ Լըմուանը:

«Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 24-ին, հայերը հիշատակում են Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը։ Այս տարի նախագահ Մակրոնի անունից մեր պատվիրակությունը, բնականաբար, ներկա է զոհերի ոգեկոչման արարողությանը։ Այս տարի, մանավանդ, առանձնահատուկ նշանակությամբ է օժտված արարողությունը, որովհետև արդեն լրացրել է 20 տարի, երբ Ֆրանսիան օրենքի ուժով ճանաչեց Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը։ Բայց նախագահը չբավարարվեց դրանով՝ արդեն 3-րդ տարին անընդմեջ ապրիլի 24-ը Ֆրանսիայի պետական պաշտոնական օրացույցում նշված է, որպես հիշատակի օր: Ֆրանսիայում յուրաքանչյուր ոք յուրովի է իր հարգանքի տուրքը մատուցում Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակին»,- նշել է Լըմուանը:

Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳՆ պետքարտուղարը հավելեց, որ այս հիշատակման արարողությունը ֆրանսիական երախտիքի արտահայտումն է բոլոր այն մարդկանց, որոնք հաստատվեցին ու իրենց ներդրումն ունեցան ֆրանսիական պետության կյանքում։

«Ֆրանսիան միշտ եղել է Հայաստանի կողքին, թե՛ անցյալում դժվար պահերին, թե՛ ապագայում ակնկալվող բոլոր ձեռնարկումների համար։ Դրա վկայությունն է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի դատապարտող խոսքը բոլոր այն վարձկանների վերաբերյալ, որոնք Սիրիայից հավաքագրվել և հայտնվել էին բոլորիս հայտնի իրադարձություններին, բժշկական հումանիտար առաքելությունը, որի կազմակերպումն ու Հայաստան ուղարկելը չհապաղեց»,- ասաց նա:

Ժան-Բատիստ Լըմուանը հիշատակեց նաև ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների հայտարարությունը՝ ռազմագերիներին շուտափույթ վերադարձնելու վերաբերյալ:

«Ինչպես ասում էր Ազնավուրը` «Նրանք ընկան երգ»-ի մեջ` նրանք ընկան, տանջվեցին, որոտը շանթահարեց, նրանց մեղքն այն էր, որ նրանք Հայաստանի զավակներն էին։ Այսօր հայ ժողովուրդը ոտքի վրա ամուր կանգնած է, դիմակայում է, ոչինչ չի կարողանալու խոչընդոտել հայ-ֆրանսիական դարավոր բարեկամությանը»,- եզրափակեց Ժան-Բատիստ Լըմուանը:
