Այս օրերին Մոսկվա և Դուշանբե այցի շրջանակներում ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը Մոսկվայում հանդիպել է «Ռոսկոսմոս» պետական կորպորացիայի գլխավոր տնօրեն Դմիտրի Ռոգոզինի հետ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԽ քարտուղարությունից:

Հանդիպման մեկնարկին քարտուղար Գրիգորյանը շնորհավորեց պարոն Ռոգոզինին Տիեզերագնացության միջազգային օրվա առթիվ, որի 60-ամյակն էր բոլորովին վերջերս՝ ապրիլի 12-ին:

Քարտուղար Գրիգորյանը ընդգծեց, որ Ռուսաստանը առաջատար դիրքեր է գրավում տիեզերագնացության ոլորտի մի շարք ուղղություններում և այս առումով կարևորեց հայ-ռուսական համագործակցությունը, շեշտելով, որ Հայաստանում տիեզերական գործունեության ոլորտի զարգացման համատեքստում առաջնային կարևորություն են տալիս Ռուսաստանի հետ փոխշահավետ համագործակցությանը:

Խոսելով Հայաստանում տիեզերական գործունեության զարգացման հեռանկարների և այս ոլորտում հայ-ռուսական համագործակցության մասին՝ քարտուղար Գրիգորյանը կարևորեց այն հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանում ընդունվել է «Տիեզերական գործունեության մասին» օրենք, որի արդյունքում ընկերությունները, որոնք Հայաստանում կզբաղվեն տիեզերական գործունեությամբ, կստանան մի շարք հարկային արտոնություններ:

Դմիտրի Ռոգոզինը իր կողմից բարձր գնահատեց հայ-ռուսական համագործակցությունը տիեզերական մոնիթորինգի ուղղությամբ կատարվող աշխատանքների մասով: Առաջարկեց ընդլայնել Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի միջև փոխգործակցությունը տիեզերական տեխնոլոգիաների նախագծման և մշակման շրջանակներում:

Կողմերը պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերեցին ստեղծելու աշխատանքային խումբ՝ Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև տիեզերական գործունեության ոլորտում ուղղությունները հստակեցնելու և անելիքները որոշակիացնելու նպատակով:

Հանդիպման ավարտին Դմիտրի Ռոգոզինը հրավիրեց հայկական կողմին սույն տարվա հունիսի 14-18 Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կայանալիք Տիեզերական տարածության հետազոտում (Global Space Exploration Conference — GLEX-2021) խորագիրը կրող միջազգային համաժողովին: Պարոն Ռոգոզինը ընդգծեց, որ նման հարթակներում Հայաստանի ներկայացվածությունը հնարավորություն կտա ձեռք բերել համագործակցության նոր պայմանավորվածություններ այս ոլորտում:

Կողմերը պայմանավորվեցին ամառվա ընթացքում Դմիտրի Ռոգոզինի Հայաստան այցի ընթացքում ամփոփել աշխատանքային խմբի գործունեության արդյունքները:
