Արցախի դատախազությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել գեներալ Մովսես Հակոբյանի առանձնատան շուրջ տարածված տեղեկությունների ստուգման արդյունքների վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Արցախի դատախազությունը:

Հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է.

«29.03.2021թ. ԱՀ դատախազություն դիմում էր ներկայացվել ԱՀ պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Մովսես Հակոբյանի` Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքում տեղակայված առանձնատունը ԱՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ սեփականատիրոջից գնելու և նվիրատվության կարգով վերջինիս նվիրաբերելու` լայն տարածում ստացած տեղեկության վերաբերյալ` միջնորդելով պարզել հիշյալ տեղեկության` իրականության համապատասխանությունն ու հիշատակվող գործարքների իրավաչափությունը:

Պետության գույքային շահերի պաշտպանության սահմանադրական լիազորության շրջանակում դատախազության կողմից իրականացված ստուգման արդյունքներով պարզվել է հետևյալը.

Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետի թիվ 769 առ 24.08.2005թ. որոշմամբ 20.03.2006թ. ԱՀ պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Մ.Հակոբյանին Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի Տ.Մեծ փողոցի մոտակայքում հատկացվել էր հողատարածք` անհատական բնակելի տուն կառուցելու համար:

20.03.2006թ. Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից Մ.Հակոբյանին տրվել էր շինարարության թույլտվություն՝ անհատական բնակելի տան կառուցման համար, թույլտվության գործողության ժամկետը սահմանվել էր մինչև 20.03.2009թ.:

19.11.2008թ. Մ.Հակոբյանը դիմել և 04.12.2008թ. ԼՂՀ անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի Ստեփանակերտի տարածքային ստորաբաժանումում հիշյալ հողամասում կառուցված առանձնատան նկատմամբ գրանցվել է նրա սեփականության իրավունքը:

Ինչպես դիտվում է կադաստրային գործում ներառված փաստաթղթերից, Մ.Հակոբյանին պատկանող բնակելի առանձնատան նկատմամբ սեփականության իրավունքի փոփոխություն երբևէ տեղի չի ունեցել, այն ԱՀ կառավարության կամ այլ սուբյեկտի կողմից չի գնվել և օտարման առարկա չի եղել:

ԱՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությանը և ԱՀ ներդրումային հիմնադրամին արված հարցումների պատասխաններից հետևում է, որ հիշյալ առանձնատան կառուցման, կատարած ծախսերի հատուցման կամ դրա հետ կապված որևէ այլ նպատակով ֆինանսական միջոցներ Մ.Հակոբյանին երբևէ չեն հատկացվել»:
