ՀՔԾ պետը ՀՀ-ում Շվեյցարիայի դեսպանի հետ քննարկել է փոխգործակցության հեռանկարները

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ, արդարադատության երրորդ դասի պետական խորհրդական Սասուն Խաչատրյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Շվեյցարիայի Համադաշնության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ն.Գ. Սթեֆանո Լազզարոտտոյին և դեսպանության ֆինանսների, մարդկային ռեսո ւրսների և ադմինիստրացիայի ղեկավար Անժելա Խաչատրյանին: Այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունից:

Կարևորելով իրավապահ ոլորտում Շվեյցարիայի հետ վերջին տարիների ընթացքում արդեն իսկ ձևավորված համագործակցային ամուր հիմքերը և, մասնավորապես, ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող մի շարք քրեական գործերով Շվեյցարիայի իրավապահ մարմիններ ուղարկված իրավական փոխօգնության հարցումների կատարման ուղղությամբ արձանագրված շոշափելի արդյունքները` կողմերը համոզմունք են հայտնել, որ այդ համագործակցությունը կշարունակվի նույն արդյունավետությամբ: 

Նշելով, որ Հայաստանը և Շվեյցարիան, որպես ՄԱԿ-ի Կոռուպցիայի դեմ կոնվենցիայի անդամ պետություններ, արդեն իսկ ստանձնել են միմյանց իրավական փոխօգնություն տրամադրելու պարտավորություններ, Սասուն Խաչատրյանն ընդգծել է. Մենք շատ ենք կարևորում Շվեյցարիայի առաջադեմ փորձի ուսումնասիրումը կոռուպցիոն բնույթի, այդ թվում` երկրից ապօրինի ճանապարհով դուրս բերված ակտիվների վերադարձի և փողերի լվացման դեպքերի քննության արդյունավետության բարձրացման հարցում և հույս ունենք, որ առաջիկայում կոնկրետ աշխատանքներ կտարվեն փոխադարձ այցերի ու վերապատրաստման դասընթացների կազմակերպման, ինչպես նաև Շվեյցարիայի` համանման գործառույթներ իրականացնող իրավապահ մարմինների հետ փոխըմբռնման հուշագրեր կնքելու ուղղությամբ:

Դեսպան Լազզարոտտոն վերահաստատել է Շվեյցարիայի պատրաստակամությունը` աջակցել Հայաստանում իրականացվող բարեփոխումներին: Դրա շրջանակներում Շվեյցարիայի զարգացման և համագործակցության գործակալությունը Եվրոպայում անվտանգության և համագործակցության կազմակերպության /ԵԱՀԿ/ հետ համատեղ հանդես է եկել նոր նախաձեռնությամբ, որը միտված է աջակցել Հայաստանի իրավապահ մարմինների հակակոռուպցիոն պայքարի օրակարգին` կարողությունների զարգացմանն ու քաղաքականության մշակմանն օժանդակելու միջոցով:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետին ջերմ ընդունելության համար` դեսպանն իր գոհունակությունն է հայտնել երկու երկրների միջև ձևավորված իրավական համագործակցության համար` ընդգծելով, որ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարում հայկական կողմի կարողությունների զարգացմանն աջակցելը երկու երկրների միջև իրականացվող համագործակցային քաղաքականության բաղադրիչներից է:

Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերը հույս են հայտնել, որ երկկողմ համագործակցային կապերն ընդլայնելու և զարգացնելու նպատակով տարվող աշխատանքները շարունակական կլինեն:
