Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը մայիսի 2-ին այցելել է Մարտունու շրջանի Կարմիր շուկա համայնք և տեղում ծանոթացել բնակարանաշինության պետական ու բարեգործական ծրագրերի իրականացման աշխատանքներին։ Այս մասին հայտնել են նախագահի աշխատակազմից:

Նախագահը նախևառաջ եղել  է պատերազմի հետևանքով տեղահանված բնակիչների համար կառուցվող նոր թաղամասի շինհարթակում, որտեղ ընթանում են փայտե կոնստրուկցիաներով արագ հավաքվող մոտ 140 առանձնատների տեղադրման աշխատանքները, հետաքրքրվել շինարարության ընթացքով ու բնակարանային կարիքներով։ Կարմիր շուկա համայնքի ղեկավարը ներկայացրել է նախագահին համայնքում առկա բնակարանային ապահովության խնդիրները՝ մասնավորապես նշելով, որ, ի հավելումն նախատեսված խմբերի, Կարմիր շուկայում վերաբնակվելու ցանկություն են հայտնել ևս մի քանի տասնյակ տեղահանված ընտանիքներ։

Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ընդգծել է, որ պատերազմի հետևանքով տեղահանված քաղաքացիներին բնակարաններով ապահովելու խնդիրն Արցախի Հանրապետության Կառավարության առաջնահերթություններից է, և անհրաժեշտ է գտնել նոր լուծումներ համայնքում բնակություն հաստատելու ցանկություն հայտնած բոլոր քաղաքացիների համար պատշաճ պայմաններ ստեղծելու ուղղությամբ։ Այս համատեքստում երկրի ղեկավարը հանձնարարել է մի շարք առանձնատների համար մշակել ընդլայնված տարբերակների նախագծեր, որոնք հնարավորություն կտան բազմանդամ ընտանիքներին տրամադրել հավելյալ սենյակներով բնակարաններ, և, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, նախատեսել նաև կառուցվող առանձնատների ավելի մեծ քանակ։

Այնուհետև Արայիկ Հարությունյանն այցելել է համայնքում կառուցվող բազմաբնակարան շենքերի շինհարթակ, պատասխանատուների և շինարարական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ տեղում քննարկել շինարարության ընթացքին վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր, տվել հանձնարարականներ՝ ուղղված աշխատանքները նախանշված ժամկետներում ավարտելուն:

Հանրապետության Նախագահին այցի ընթացքում ուղեկցում էր ԱՀ անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանը։
