«1) Վարչապետի իբր թեկնածուն ոչ թե խոսում է 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ին իր ստորագրած կապիտուլացիոն փաստաթղթից որտեղ ԲԱՌ ՉԿԱ ԻՆՔՆՈՐՈՇՄԱՆ ԻՐԱՎՈՒՆՔԻ ՄԱՍԻՆ, նույնիսկ չկա ՊԱՐՏԱԴՐԱՆՔ մեր Ռազմագերիների մասին, այլ խոսում է 1999 թվականի Եվրոպական անվտանգության խառտիայի մասին, այն էլ փոքրիկ պարբերություն ներկայացնելով։ Իհարկե զարմանալի չէ, որ հենց դրան հաջորդող և ամփոփող նախադասությունը այդ փաստաթղթից չմեջբերվեց, քանի որ դրանում նշվում է ազգային փոքրամասնություններին վերաբերող հարցերը կարող են ՄԻԱՅՆ լուծվել ժողովրդավարական քաղաքական ձևաչափով ՀԻՄՆՎԵԼՈՎ ԻՐԱՎՈՒՆՔԻ ԳԵՐԱԿԱՅՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՎՐԱ։ Իրավունքի գերակայության բաղադրիչներից մեկը և համընդհանուր ընդունված սկզբունքի կարգավիճակ ունեցողը՝ հենց ԻՆՔՆՈՐՈՇՄԱՆ ԻՐԱՎՈՒՆՔՆ Է։ Ավելին այդ փաստաթուղթը ոչ մի պարտավորություն չի դրել Հայաստանի վրա ի տարբերություն 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ին իր ստորագրած կապիտուլացիոն փաստաթղթի։

2) Խոսում է կալանավորումների նվազման մասին, բայց երևի չի նկատել, որ դա իրենց ՍՐՏԻ դատավորներ Մարտիրոսյանների, Դանիելյանների, Պողոսյանների, Մելիքսեթյանների (սպառիչ չեմ նշում) գործողությունների արդյունքը չէ, իրենք ամեն ինչ անում են, որ մարդիկ կալանավորվեն, տարիներով մնան կալանավորված, այդ թվում անտեսելով երեխաների ճակատագրերը։ Այս դատավորների դեմ նույնիսկ ՄԵԿ, գոնե ՄԵԿ կարգապահական վարույթ չկա։ Բոլոր մյուս Դատավորները՝ Ազարյան, Հովհաննիսյան, Վարդանյան, Ռշտունի, Հարությունյան, Մարաբյան, Նիկողոսյան, Բալայան, Գրիգորյան (սպառիչ չեմ նշում) որոնց ԱՐԴԱՐԱԴԱՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ շնորհիվ վիճակագրություն եք հրապարակում ՀԵՏԱՊՆԴՎՈՒՄ ԵՆ հենց Ձեր կողմից, Ձեր նախկին նորացված սրտի ԲԴԽ-ի կողմից․․․
