Քրեական ոստիկանության ԳՎ կոռուպցիոն և տնտեսական հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչությունում նախապատրաստված նյութերով փաստական տվյալներ են ստացվել, որ բնական հանքաքարերի ձեռքբերմամբ, ներմուծմամբ, վերամշակմամբ և արտահանմամբ զբաղվող, Հայաստանում գրանցված մի ընկերության տնօրինությունը հարկման հիմք հանդիսացող հաշվետվություններում ակնհայտ կեղծ տվյալներ մտցնելով՝ չի վճարել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի հարկեր։

Մասնավորապես, հիշյալ ընկերության և ՌԴ գրանցված գնորդ ընկերության միջև 2017 թվականի դեկտեմբերից 2019 թվականի մարտ ամիսների ընթացքում կնքված ընդհանուր՝ 273 միլիոն 700 հազար դրամին համարժեք 39 միլիոն 290 հազար ռուբլու ապրանքների մատակարարման պայմանագրեր ունենալու պայմաններում Հայաստանում գրանցված ընկերությունը Ռուսաստան է արտահանել և իրացրել ընդամենը 126 միլիոն 246 հազար դրամ ինվոյսային արժեքով ապրանք, սակայն իր բանկային հաշիվներին 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերից 2019 թվականի օգոստոս ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Ռուսաստանում գրանցված ընկերության կողմից փոխանցվել են 572 միլիոն 46 հազար դրամին համարժեք՝ 1 միլիոն 25 հազար եվրո և 21 միլիոն 621 հազար դրամին համարժեք՝ 45 հազար դոլար:

Պարզվել է նաև, որ 2018 թվականի նոյեմբերին Հայաստանում գրանցված ընկերության հաշվից 21 միլիոն 892 հազար դրամ է փոխանցվել ընկերության արտադրության գծով տնօրենին, որը այն օգտագործել է անձնական նպատակներով, իսկ ընկերության 20 աշխատակիցներ 2018-2021 թվականների ընթացքում, բացի ձևակերպված աշխատավարձից, ստացել են նաև ամսական վարձավճարներ, որոնք հաշվապահական ձևակերպում չեն ստացել:

Հիշյալ ապօրինությունների հետևանքով Հայաստանում գրանցված ընկերության կողմից պետությանը պատճառված վնասը կազմում է շուրջ 116 միլիոն 286 հազար դրամ։
Միաժամանակ փաստական տվյալներ են ստացվել, որ նույն ընկերության տնօրինությունը, վերը նկարագրված հանցագործության կատարման առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հարկը, տուրքը կամ պարտադիր այլ վճարը չվճարելու արդյունքում ուղղակի առաջացած հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գույքը՝ շուրջ 116 միլիոն 286 հազար դրամը փոխարկելու, դրա հանցավոր ծագումը թաքցնելու դիտավորությամբ, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով պարտավորություններ առաջացնող, բովանդակությամբ կեղծ վճարային փաստաթղթեր կազմելու և իրացնելու միջոցով, իբր ստացվելիք ապրանքների դիմաց օվշորային գոտում գրանցված մի ընկերության հաշվեհամարին տարբեր ժամանակահատվածներում փոխանցել է խոշոր չափի գումարներ, ինչով տնօրինել է հանցավոր գործունեության արդյունքում ստացված շուրջ 116 միլիոն 286 հազար դրամը:

Դեպքերի առթիվ ՔՈԳՎ-ում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել, որն ուղարկվել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն:
