Անհայտ անձը զանգահարելով Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներին և ներկայանալով որպես հայաստանյան հեռուստաընկերության աշխատող, բանակում ծառայող որդուն գումար փոխանցելու և այն կարճ ժամկետում վերադարձնելու կեղծ խոստմամբ, պարբերաբար հափշտակել է տարբեր չափի գումար: Այս մասին հայտնում են Արցախի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով, որ խարդախության եղանակով ուրիշի գույքը հափշտակելու նկարագրված դեպքը շարունակվում է պարբերաբար կրկնվել:

« 2020 թվականից առ այսօր քննությամբ դեռևս չպարզված անձը տարբեր հեռախոսահամարներով զանգելով ԱՀ քաղաքացիներին և ներկայանալով որպես հայաստանյան հեռուստաընկերության աշխատող` բանակում ծառայող որդուն գումար փոխանցելու և կարճ ժամկետում այդ գումարը ՀՀ-ից ուղարկելու կեղծ խոստումով, մոլորեցնելու և խղճահարությամբ վստահություն ձևավորելու եղանակով, միջնորդ տաքսու վարորդների միջոցով Արցախի մի շարք քաղաքացիներից պարբերաբար հափշտակել է տարբեր չափի գումար, գումարին տիրանալուց անմիջապես հետո՝ չեզոքացնելով կապի բոլոր միջոցները»,-մանրամասնել է Արցախի դատախազությունը՝ քաղաքացիներին կոչ անելով զերծ մնալ անծանոթ կամ կասկածելի անձանց հետ անվստահելի գործարքներից, իսկ նկարագրված իրավիճակում հայտնվելու դեպքում` անհապաղ հայտնել ԱՀ ոստիկանությանը:
