ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կնոջ՝ Աննա Հակոբյանի հրամանատարական կետում հայտնվելու հանգամանքները պարզելու համար քննություն է տարվում։ Այս մասին հայտնում է քննչական կոմիտեն՝ «Փաստինֆո»-ի գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան, մերժելով տեղեկատվության տրամադրումը, պատճառաբանելով նախաքննության գաղտնիությունը։

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք՝ Աննա Հակոբյանը պատերազմի օրերին գտնվել է Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատարական կետում եւ այնտեղից հետեւել ռազմական գործողություններին, երբեմն նաեւ միջամտել։ Ա.Հակոբյանի՝ հրամանատարական կետում գտնվելը պաշտոնապես հաստատել է նաեւ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ ասելով, թե իր ընտանիքի անդամը բարոյահոգեբանական աջակցություն էր ցուցաբերում հրամանատարությանը։

Սույն հայտարարությունից անցել է 5-6 ամիս և կայքը գրավոր հարցում էր ուղարկել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտե՝ պարզելու, թե Քննչական կոմիտեի վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով քննության առարկա դարձվել է, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կինը ինչ հիմունքներով է պատերազմի ժամանակ գտնվել հրամանատարական կետում, ունեցել է արդյոք գաղտնի տեղեկատվության տիրապետելու իրավունք, ինչ աստիճանի գաղտնի տեղեկատվության իրավունք է ունեցել, ինչպես է այդ իրավունքը նրան տրվել՝ ում կողմից եւ երբ։

Ի պատասխան՝ ՔԿ-ից հայտնել են, թե տվյալ հարցերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն չեն կարող տրամադրել՝ հաշվի առնելով նախաքննության գաղտնիությունը։ Ասել է թե՝ չեն հերքել, որ քննության առարկա են դարձրել, պարզապես հանրության նպատակահարմար չեն գտնում տեղեկատվություն տրամադրել՝ ի հեճուկս հանրային շահի։
