ՀՀ Պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեի նախագահ Գարիկ Սարգսյանն որոշում է կայացրել աշխատանքից անհիմն ազատել Կուրորտաբանության և ֆիզիկական բժշկության գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտ-ի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Տիգրան Վահրամյանին։ Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ քաղաքացի, բուժառու Վահե Մարտիրոսյանը։
 
«Լինելով հաստատության բուժառու և տեսնելով հաստատությունում կատարվող հսկայածավալ աշխատանքը, որն իրականացվում է Տիգրան Վահրամյանի անմիջական ղեկավարմամբ, անարդար եմ համարում նրան աշխատանքից ազատելը։ Միանում եմ բազմաթիվ բուժառուներին և շահառուներին, որոնք բաց նամակ են ուղղել ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ հայտնելով իրենց մտահոգությունը»,- ասաց Վահե Մարտիրոսյանը։ 
 
ԿՖԲԳՀԻ տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Տիգրան Վահրամյանի խոսքով՝ ապրիլի 28-ին` անսպասելի ստացել է բանավոր առաջարկ` գրել դիմում զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից ազատվելու վերաբերյալ, այլապես որպես վատ կառավարիչ կհեռացնեն աշխատանքից վերադասի՝ Պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեի նախագահ Գարիկ Սարգսյանի հրամանով․ «Պատճառի մասին զարմացած հարցիս հնչել է պատասխան, որ պարտավոր չէ տեղյակ պահել ինձ որոշման դրդապատճառների մասին։ Խնդրել եմ որոշակի ժամանակ առողջապահության ոլորտի և այլ պատասխանատու պաշտոնյաներից որոշակի պարզաբանումներ ստանալու համար։ Սակայն մինչ օրս ոչ մի պարզաբանում իմ ազատման և կազմակերպության հետագայի վերաբերյալ չեմ ստացել, այլ փոխարենը պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեի նախագահ Գարիկ Սարգսյանի հրամանով մայիսի 3-ից ազատվել եմ տնօրենի պաշտոնից՝ առանց նախնական գրավոր տեղեկացման և պատճառաբանության»։
 
Ի պատասխան Կուրորտաբանության և ֆիզիկական բժշկության գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտի տնօրենի ժ/պ-ի այս գրառման Գարիկ Սարգսյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․ «Հարգելի պրն. Վահրամյան, քանի որ դուք որոշեցիք այս ամենը հրապարակային դաշտ տեղափոխել, ապա ես նույնպես ստիպված եմ լինելու մեր հանրությանը տեղյակ պահել Ձեր ազատման իրական պատճառների մասին, որը այնքան էլ Ձեզ դուր չի գա։ Բայց դա կանեմ վաղը, քանի որ չեմ ուզում այսօրվա տոնական օրը փչացնել»,- գրել է նա։
 
Կուրորտաբանության և ֆիզիկակակն բժշկության գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտում բուժօգնություն ստացող զինվորները, բուժառուներն ու այլ շահառուները Փաշինյանին ուղղված իրենց նամակում, մասնավորապես, գրել են․ «ՀՀ Պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեի նախագահ Գարիկ Սարգսյանը որոշում է կայացրել աշխատանքից ազատել ընկերության տնօրեն ժ/պ Տիգրան Վահրամյանին։ Երկրորդ արցախյան պատերազմից առ այսօր 1000-ից ավել զինծառայողներ վերականգնողական բուժում են ստացել տնօրենի և բուժանձնակազմի անտրտունջ, նվիրված աշխատանքի շնորհիվ` մեծ մասին հաջողվել է խուսափել հաշմանդամությունից։ Հաշվի առնելով կայացած չհիմնավորված և անտրամաբանական որոշումը` խնդրում ենք ընթացք տալ տվյալ որոշման վերանայմանը` հնարավորություն ընձեռելով ոլորտի զարգացմանն ուղղված անավարտ ծրագրերը։ Վստահ ենք, որ Ձեզ և մեզ առավել ևս Տիգրան Վահրամյանի նման կառավարիչներ են անհրաժեշտ՝ երկիրը այս ճգնաժամային իրավիճակից հանելու համար»,- հայտնում են նրանք՝ կից ներկայացնելով բոլոր նրանց ստորագրությունները, որոնք միացել են Տիգրան Վահրամյանի պաշտպանության գործընթացին։
