Ադրբեջանի նախագահի այն ելույթները, որոնք հայատյացության ու թշնամանքի քաղաքականության վկայություն են, Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը պաշտոնական նամակով ուղարկել է ՄԱԿ-ի Ռասայական խտրականության վերացման կոմիտե, ԵԽ-ի Ռասիզմի և անհանդուրժողականության դեմ հանձնաժողով, ՄԱԿ-ի և ԵԽ-ի մարդու իրավունքների հանձնակատարներին և միջազգային մի շարք այլ մարմինների: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից:

«Ադրբեջանի նախագահի այն ելույթները, որոնք հայատյացության ու թշնամանքի քաղաքականության վկայություն են, Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը պաշտոնական նամակով ուղարկել է ՄԱԿ-ի Ռասայական խտրականության վերացման կոմիտե, ԵԽ-ի Ռասիզմի և անհանդուրժողականության դեմ հանձնաժողով, ՄԱԿ-ի և ԵԽ-ի մարդու իրավունքների հանձնակատարներին և միջազգային մի շարք այլ մարմինների:

Այս անգամ խոսքը վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի 2021թ. ապրիլ ամսվա ելույթներին:
Ուղարկված ելույթներում Ադրբեջանի նախագահը խոսում է ուժի ու սպառնալիքի լեզվով, օգտագործում է այնպիսի բառեր, որոնք նսեմացնում են ողջ հայ ժողովրդի, Հայաստանի ու Արցախի ողջ բնակչության արժանապատվությունը, ահաբեկող բնույթի են, լարվածություն են առաջացնում հայկական հասարակությունում, և իր ելույթներով նա ընդգծում է ադրբեջանական ժողովրդի առավելությունները:
ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի նախաձեռնած այս գործընթացը լինելու է շարունակական. Ադրբեջանի նախագահի ելույթներն ու ուղերձները ենթարկվում են հատուկ մոնիթորինգի:
Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի նպատակն է ցույց տալ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների ցեղասպան բնույթի քաղաքականությունը, որը մարդու իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտումների պատճառ է, նոր դաժանությունների լուրջ սպառնալիք և վտանգում է խաղաղությունն ու անվտանգությունը»:
