Շարունակում ենք հանրության ուշադրությանը ներկայացնել այն ՔՊ-ական պաշտոնյաներին, ովքեր, երեք տարիների ընթացքում հայտնվելով տարատեսակ սկանդալների մեջ, այնուամենայնիվ հաջողացրել են ջրից չոր դուրս գալ:

Երևանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանն իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում հասցրել է հայտնվել մի շարք սկանդալների կիզակետում: Սկանդալները սկսեցին հենց Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններին նախորդած քարոզարշավի ընթացքում, երբ Մարությանը իրեն թույլ տվեց քաղաքական դաշտը բաժանել յուրայինների և օտարներին` հայտարարելով, որ այսօր Հայաստանում իրավիճակը շատ պարզ է՝ կան սպիտակ ուժեր և կան սև ուժեր՝ պաշտոնապես հայտարարելով, որ իրենք սպիտակ ուժերն են, իսկ բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր չեն ուզում, որ իրենց թիմը հաջողություն ունենա, սև ուժերն են։ Ապա բացատրեց՝ ինչու է այդպես ասում․ «Որովհետև մենք և մեր հաջողությունը Հայաստանի հաջողությունն է։ Ոչ ոք մեզանից անձնական շահեր, անձնական ինչ-որ ամբիցիաներ չունի»։ Մարությանի այս խոսքը, մոտավորապես, նման էր այն հայտնի մտքին, որ «ով մեզ հետ չէ, մեր դեմ է», ինչը, դժվար թե, լավ տեղ տանի։
 
Արդեն քաղաքապետ ընտրվելուց հետո հիշարժան է Մարությանի՝ «ԿամԱԶ»–ների հետ կապված սկանդալային պատմության կիզակետում հայտնվելու փաստը: Միայն թե, արձանագրենք, որ մինչ օրս էլ, չգիտես ինչու, այդ ամենը չի արժանացել պատկան մարմինների պատշաճ ուշադրությանը՝ չնայած այնտեղ ակնհայտորեն առկա կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերին:
 
Սակայն, ինչպես երևում է, «ԿամԱԶ»–ների շուրջ ստեղծված սկանդալային իրավիճակները շարունակում են հետապնդել Մարությանին: Այղ աղմկահարույց պատմությունից հետո էլ մամուլում լուր տարածվեց, որ Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանին «ԿամԱԶ» մակնիշի աղբատար մեքենաներ են նվիրել, նվիրատուն էլ Սամվել Ալեքսանյանն է: Իհարկե, քաղաքապետարանից շտապեցին հերքել այդ տեղեկությունը, իսկ ինքը` Մարությանը, հայտարարեց, որ չի հիշում, թե ովքեր են բարերարարները: Սակայն, տեղի տալով մամուլի ճնշումներին՝ քաղաքապետարանը հրապարակեց նվիրատուների ցանկը, ընդ որում՝ մասնակի, որտեղ առկա էր նաեւ Սամվել Ալեքսանյանին պատկանող «Ալեքս հոլդինգ» ՍՊԸ-ի անունը, որը 3 միավոր բազմաֆունկցիոնալ «ԿամԱԶ» է նվիրել քաղաքապետարանին՝ յուրաքանչյուրը մոտ 100 հազար դոլար արժողությամբ։ Սրանից զատ՝ քաղաքապետարանին 10 հատ աղբատար «ԳԱԶ» եւ 4 աղբատար «ԿամԱԶ» մակնիշի մեքենա է նվիրել նաեւ «Ն եւ Ս Քոնսթրաքշն» ՍՊԸ-ն, որը կառուցապատող ընկերություն է:
