Սուրբ Աթոռում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանն թելեգրամյան իր ալիքում  գրառում է կատարել ՀՀ ներքաղաքական իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ:

«Այս ամենին առնչություն ունեք նաև դուք: Դուք, որ նստած էիք սոցցանցերում և աջակցում էիք Նիկոլին, դուք, որ արգելափակում էիք արտասահմանում Հայաստանի դեսպանատները, դուք, որ Գլենդեյլում հաջակցություն Նիկոլի հանրահավաքներ էիք անցկացնում, դուք, որ պատերազմից երկու ամիս առաջ որոշել էիք ծիրանների համար պարել, դուք, որ լռեցիք առ այն, թե ինչպես Նիկոլը իր ծառայողներին պարգևավճարների տեսքով բաժանեց ձեր` թշնամու դեմ կռվելու նպատակով ուղղված փողերը:

Դո՛ւք, սփյո՛ւռք, մարդիկ, որոնք վստահ են, որ Հայաստանն իրենց համար դատարկ արտահայտություն չէ: Քարտեզի վրա անանուն տեղ չէ: Լոկ տարածք չէ, որտեղից երևում է Արարատը: Այն ամենը, ինչ դուք արել եք, արել եք հանուն ավելի պայծառ ապագայի ձեր ընկալման: Ձեզ համար չէ, մեզ համար:

Հայաստանի համար այսօր գոնե ինչ-որ ապագայի առկայությունը կախված է նաև ձեզանից: Նիկոլը մեզ (և, ի դեպ, նաև ձեզ) ապագա է առաջարկում առանց Արցախի: Առանց Սյունիքի: Առանց ազգային հպարտության: Առանց Հայրենիքի:

Ձեզանից ոմանք կորցրել են հայրենիքը 1915-ին, ոմանք՝ ԽՍՀՄ փլուզման ժամանակ, իսկ ոմանք էլ՝ հիմա: Եվ ես ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ հայտարարում եմ, որ ամեն օր, քանի դեռ Նիկոլն իշխանության է, ձեզանից մեկը կորցնելու է հայրենիքը:

Պատերազմի ժամանակ նա ադրբեջանցիներին է տվել Հադրութում և Շուշիում մեր նախնիների գերեզմանները: Նոյեմբերին՝ Դադիվանքը: Հիմա թշնամին պոկում է Սյունիքն ու Գեղարքունիքը: Հերթում Տավուշն է:

2018-ին դուք պայքարում էիք ավելի պայծառ ապագայի համար: Հիմա մենք պայքարում ենք հանուն ապագայի: Ուղղակի հանուն ապագայի: Եվ դա մեզանից խլում է նա, որին, ի միջի այլոց, դուք բերեցիք թագավորության:

Ես հիշում եմ ձեզ այն ժամանակ՝ 2018 թվականին:  Դուք հավատում էիք, որ Հայաստանը դեպի պայծառ ապագա կտանի Նիկոլը: Դուք սխալվել եք, և դժվար է դրա համար ձեզ մեղադրել. գրեթե բոլորն են սխալվել: Եթե մտահոգված եք եղել Հայաստանի ճակատագրով 2018-ին, ապա այժմ ճիշտ ժամանակն է բարձրաձայնել ձեր դիրքորոշումը: Մեզ ձեր խոսքն ու գործն է պետք: Ձեր լռությունն ու անգործությունն աջակցություն է կապիտուլյանտին, բայց որ ամենակարևորն է, ձեր լռությունը ցույց կտա, որ ժամանակին դուք անազնիվ էիք կա՛մ 2018-ին, երբ ասում էիք, որ մտահոգված եք Հայաստանի ապագայով, կա՛մ հիմա, երբ ձեր լռությամբ երկարացնում եք սրիկայի իշխանության օրերը:
