Այսօրվանից 141 օր ժամկետով կանգնեցվում է Հայկական ԱԷԿ-ը: Եթե ինչ-որ մեկին թվում է, որ սա զուտ էներգետիկ համակարգին վերաբերող լոկալ խնդիր է, ապա չարաչար սխալվում է: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է էներգետիկ անվտանգության փորձագետ, «Մեկ Հայաստան» կուսակցության խորհրդի անդամ Վահե Դավթյանը։

«Դավաճանական ռեժիմի կողմից արտահանման քաղաքականության ձախողման արդյունքում կանգնեցված է նաև երկրի խոշորագույն էներգետիկ օբյեկտներից մեկը՝ Հրազդանի 5-րդ էներգաբլոկը: Դրա հետ մեկտեղ Երևանի ՋԷԿ-ը դիտարկվում է որպես ռեզերվային միջոց: Մինչդեռ ավանդաբար ԱԷԿ-ի կանգնեցման ժամանակ հենց ՋԷԿ-երն էին իրենց վրա վերցնում հիմնական գեներացիոն բեռը: Այդպիսին է Հայաստանի էներգետիկ անվտանգության ապահովման սխեման, որը ոչնչացվեց վերջին 3 տարվա ընթացքում:

Երկրում ստեղծված էլեկտրաէներգետիկ պակասորդը լրացվելու է Վրաստանից ներկրման ճանապարհով: Հայտնի է, որ Վրաստանն ինքը էլեկտրաէներգիա ներկրող պետություն է, ընդ որում՝ ներկրման կառուցվածքում առյուծի բաժին է զբաղեցնում ադրբեջանական ու մասամբ թուրքական էլեկտրաէներգիան: Ուստի, չունենալով մեծ ավելցուկային հզորություններ, Վրաստանը ստիպված է լինելու ավելացնել էլեկտրաէներգիայի ներկրումն Ադրբեջանից ու Թուրքիայից՝ այն Հայաստան վերաարտահանելու նպատակով:

Այս ամենը կարելի է դիտարկել «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» (Իրան-Հայաստան-Վրաստան-Ռուսաստան) էլեկտրաէներգետիկ միջանցքի նախագիծն օրակարգից հանելու համատեքստում, ինչին գումարվում է նաև Իրան-Հայաստան բարձրավոլտ օդային գծի կառուցման անթույլատրելի դանդաղ տեմպերն ու Հայաստան-Վրաստան գծի կառուցման նախագծի գրեթե սառեցված կարգավիճակը:

Մեծ հաշվով այս կոնֆիգուրացիան տեղավորվում է Հյուսիս-Հարավ ու Արևելք-Արևմուտք տրանսպորտային միջանցքների միջև ընթացող մրցակցության շրջանակների մեջ: Առաջինն ավանդաբար բխել է Հայաստանի շահերից, որոնք այժմ ոտնահարված են, մոռացված, երկրորդի համար մշտապես պայքարել է Ադրբեջանը՝ այժմ ստանալով մեծ հնարավորություն Հայաստանը վերջնականապես տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաներից դուրս մղելու համար»,- գրել է Դավթյանը:
