ՀՀ կառավարությունում տեղի է ունեցել հանդիպում ՄԱԿ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի և ՀՀ-ում օտարերկրյա դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցիչների հետ՝ Հայաստանում  հունիսի 20-ին  նախատեսվող արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախապատրաստման և անցկացման հարցերը քննարկելու նպատակով: Այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Ինչպես նշել է ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արսեն Թորոսյանը, անհրաժեշտ է կիրառել բոլոր առկա ռեսուրսներն ընտրությունները հնարավորինս ամենաբարձր չափանիշներով անցկացնելու համար՝ ժողովրդավարության, թափանցիկության և վստահելիության ապահովման նպատակով: Արսեն Թորոսյանը վստահեցրել է, որ Կառավարությունն էլ իր հերթին Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի հետ համատեղ կգործադրի բոլոր ջանքերը՝ազատ, թափանցիկ, արդար ընտրություններ անցկացնելու և ընտրական գործընթացը մշտապես լավարկելու ուղղությամբ. «Վստահ եմ, որ համատեղ ջանքերով մենք կկարողանանք դրան հասնել»:

Արսեն Թորոսյանը  ընտրությունների կազմակերպման գործընթացում ընդգծել է   նաև դիտորդական առաքելությունների աշխատանքի կարևորությունը: Վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարն անդրադարձել է նաև համավարակով պայմանավորված  ընտրությունների պատշաճ կազմակերպման անհրաժեշտությանը: «Արտահերթ ընտրությունն իր մեջ պարունակում է մի կարևոր մարտահրավեր, որը մենք չենք կարող անտեսել, դա ժամանակն է: Ընտրությունները որակյալ, թափանցիկ, ազատ և արդար անցկացնելու համար մենք պետք է օգտագործենք ամբողջ գործիքակազմը, բայց՝ կրկնակի կարճ ժամանակում»,-ասել է վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարը:  

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել արտահերթ ընտրությունների անցկացման նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ: ԿԸՀ նախագահը ընտրական գործընթացը պատշաճ կազմակերպելու առումով ընդգծել է տեղամասային կենտրոններում համապատասխան տեխնիկական սարքավորումների առկայության կարևորությունը, ինչպես նաև մասնագետների և աշխատակիցների վերապատրաստման գործընթացը կազմակերպելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Տիգրան Մուկուչյանն անդրադարձել է նաև Ընտրական օրենսգրքի փոփոխությունների վերաբերյալ ընտրողներին հանրամատչելի իրազեկելու խնդրին: Այդ նպատակով նախատեսվում են տպագրել

ուղեցույցեր, թողարկել սոցիալական հոլովակներ: «Նախատեսում ենք նաև ունենալ ընտրության կարգի հետ կապված առանձին թերթիկներ, որպեսզի ընտրողները տեղեկացված և պատրաստ լինեն նոր քվերակության կարգի առանձնահատկություններին: Ինչպես գիտեք, այդ փոփոխությունները ընդունվել են  բոլորովին վերջերս, դրանք ավելի են դյուրացնում ընտրական գործընթացը, սակայն  շատ կարևոր է այդ ամենի մասին կարճ ժամանակահատվածում ընտրողներին իրազեկելը»,-ասել է ԿԸՀ նախագահը: Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը նշել է նաև, որ նախորդ ընտրություններին կիրառված ընտրական  գործընթացի հրապարակայնության ու թափանցիկության ապահովման ամբողջ գործիքակազմը պահպանվելու է նաև այս ընտրությունների ժամանակ՝ հրապարակվելու են ընտրողների ստորագրած ցուցակները, տեղամասերում տեղադրվելու են տեսախցիկներ, որոնք ապահովելու են գործընթացի ուղիղ հեռարձակումը:  

Միջազգային կազմակերպությունների և ՀՀ-ում օտարերկրյա դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցիչները պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել աջակցելու ազատ, արդար, թափանցիկ, ընտրությունների անցկացման գործընթացում:
