Վահան Քերոբյանն ընդունել է ՀՀ-ում Ճապոնիայի նորանշանակ դեսպանին

Մայիսի 18-ին ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Վահան Քերոբյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Ճապոնիայի նորանշանակ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մասանորի Ֆուկուշիմային։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը:

Ողջունելով դեսպանին՝ Վահան Քերոբյանը կարևորել է հայ-ճապոնական տնտեսական հարաբերությունների զարգացումը և երկու երկրների  ժողովուրդների միջև շփումների ու գործարար կապերի ակտիվացման անհրաժեշտությունը։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Հայաստանի և Ճապոնիայի միջև տնտեսական կապերի ամրապնդման  և համագործակցության հնարավոր ուղիները։ 

Դեսպան Ֆուկուշիմա Մասանորին նշել է, որ իր դիվանագիտական առաքելության կատարման ընթացքում նպատակ ունի հիմք դնել երկու երկրների միջև երկարաժամկետ տնտեսական համագործակցության, ակտիվացնել մշակութային և սպորտային կապերը և իրականացնել փոխանակման ծրագրեր՝ երիտասարդների համար։ Ըստ դեսպանի՝ երկու ժողովուրդների միջև վստահության ձևավորումը կարող է նպաստել նոր ներդրումային նախագծերի ձևավորմանն ու իրականացմանը։ 

Անդրադառնալով Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալության (JICA) և Ճապոնիայի արտաքին առևտրի կազմակերպության  (JETRO) շրջանակներում շարունակական համագործակցությանը՝ դեսպանը նշել է, որ JETRO-ի  ղեկավարությունը ուսումնասիրել է հայկական կողմի առաջարկությունը՝ տեղափոխել Հայաստանի հետ աշխատանքները համակարգող Ճապոնիայի արտաքին առևտրի կազմակերպության  մասնաճյուղը Ստամբուլից մեկ ուրիշ երկիր։ Արդյունքում՝ ավարտին են մոտենում ստամբուլյան մասնաճյուղի՝ մոսկովյան մասնաճյուղ գործառույթների տեղափոխման ուսումնասիրությունները։ Հաշվի առնելով Մոսկվայում ճապոնական գործարարների՝ տարիներ շարունակ ԱՊՀ երկրների հետ գործունեության ծավալման փորձը, սա կարող է խթան հանդիսանալ երկու երկրների միջև առևտրատնտեսական կապերի ամրապնդման և Հայաստանում ներդրումների ներգրավման համար։

Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացման գործում կարևորելով նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրումը և կիրառումը՝ Վահան Քերոբյանն առաջարկել է համագործակցել նախարարության «Նորամուծության և ձեռներեցության ազգային կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի հետ՝ տեխնոլոգիական տրանսֆերի և մասնագետների միջև փորձի փոխանակման ուղղություններով, մասնավորապես՝ գյուղատնտեսության մեջ առաջատար տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմանն  ու գյուղատնտեսական արդյունաբերության զարգացմանն ուղղված գործընթացներում աջակցության տրամադրման ուղղությամբ։ 

Դեսպան Ֆուկուշիմա Մասանորին նշել է, որ Հայաստանը զարգանալու շատ հնարավորություններ ունի և հայտնել Ճապոնիայի կառավարության մտադրությունը՝ աջակցելու Հայաստանին մարդկային ռեսուրսների զարգացման, բիզնես միջավայրի բարելավման և ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման շուրջ իրականացվող աշխատանքներում։

Հանդիպման ավարտին էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Քերոբյանը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել իր իրավասությունների շրջանակում նպաստելու երկու երկրների միջև ամուր կապերի հաստատմանը և բազմակողմանի համագործակցության զարգացմանը։
