«Փաստինֆո»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ սկանդալային երրորդ փաստաթղթի շուրջ Փաշինյանը բանակցություններն իրականացրել է խիստ գաղտնիության պայմաններում, որի մասին տեղյակ չի եղել անգամ Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը, նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Արա Այվազյանը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջինս անգամ ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստի ժամանակ էր հայտարարել, որ ԱԳՆ-ն որեւէ այլ փաստաթղթի շուրջ բանակցություններ չի իրականացնում։

Մինչդեռ, այդ ընթացքում ընթացել են բանակցություններ խիստ գաղտնիության պայմաններում, որի մասին մասամբ տեղեկացված է եղել Տիգրան Ավինյանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ Վատիկանում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանը փաստաթուղթ էր հրապարակել՝ նշելով,որ Փաշինյանը մտադիր է ստորագրել հերթական հակահայկական փաստաթուղթը, որով նախատեսվում է Ադրբեջանին հանձնել նաեւ Տավուշի մարզի մի քանի գյուղ։

Երրորդ փաստաթղթի առկայության փաստն այսօր հաստատել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ կառավարության նիստում՝ պնդելով, որ պատրաստվում է այն ստորագրել՝ վստահեցնելով, թե այդ փաստաթուղթը բխում է ՀՀ շահերից։

Արա Այվազյանը թերեւս ամենավերջում է իմացել դրա առկայության մասին եւ հայտարարել է հրաժարականի իր մտադրության մասին։ Փորձ է արվում տարբեր խողովակներով ազդել Ա.Այվազյանի որոշման վրա։
