«Մեկ Հայաստան» կուսակցության հիմնադիր նախագահ Արթուր Ղազինյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքները թշնամուն հանձնելը երեկ չի սկսվել, իսկ այսօր տեղի ունեցողը հետևանք է ՀՀ իրավապահ համակարգի, հատկապես ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի ՀԱՆՑԱՎՈՐ անգործության։

2020թ. դեկտեմբերի 25-ին Հայաստանի 18 ականավոր իրավաբաններ հաղորդում ներկայացրեցին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին` ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից ՊԵՏԱԿԱՆ ԴԱՎԱՃԱՆՈւԹՅԱՆ փաստի առթիվ և պահանջեցին ԱՆՀԱՊԱՂ քրեական հետապնդում հարուցել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նկատմամբ և ՁԵՐԲԱԿԱԼԵԼ նրան։

Փաշինյանին ձերբակալելու պահանջը առավել քան հիմնավոր էր և նպատակ ուներ ԽԱՓԱՆԵԼ շարունակվող պետական դավաճանությունն ու կանգնեցնել ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի ԱՊՕՐԻՆԻ և ՀԱՆՑԱՎՈՐ կերպով թշնամուն հանձնելուն ուղղված Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գործողությունները։

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը, շահադիտական, անձնական այլ շահագրգռվածությունից կամ խմբային շահերից ելնելով, կոպտորեն խախտելով ՀՀ քր. դատավարության օրենսգրքի 175  և 176 հոդվածների պահանջները, ՀՐԱԺԱՐՎԵԼ Է հարուցել քրեական գործ և օրենքով ՉՆԱԽԱՏԵՍՎԱԾ կարգով հանցագործության մասին հաղորդումը ուղարկել է ՀՀ ՀՔԾ` մեկ այլ գործին կցելու նպատակով։

Հիմք ընդունելով վերը նշվածը փաստում եմ, որ եթե ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը 2020թ-ի դեկտեմբերին կատարեր օրենքով ստանձնած իր պարտականությունը, ձեռնարկեր օրենքով նախատեսված բոլոր քայլերը, չցուցաբերեր ՀԱՆՑԱՎՈՐ անգործություն, հարուցեր քրեական հետապնդում ՀՀ քաղաքացի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նկատմամբ և ձերբակալելով նրան խափաներ պետական դավաճանությունը, ապա մենք այսօր կանգնած չէինք լինի Սյունիքի, Գեղարքունիքի, Արարատի և Տավուշի մարզերում ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքների կորստի վտանգի առջև։

Կրկնում եմ, շարունակվող պետական դավաճանությունը ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը պարտավոր էր խափանել, ինչը չկատարելու համար կրկնակի ավելի պատասխանատու է այս իրավիճակի համար,քան գլխավոր դավաճան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Նշված հանցագործության ենթադրյալ այլ մասնակիցների ամբողջական ցանկը, դրդապատճառները և խմբի կազմակերպված լինելը կբացահայտվի պետական դավաճանությամ հիմքով հարուցվելիք քրեական գործով նախաքննության ընթացքում»։
