«Ադրբեջանի կողմից այս պահին Հայաստանին պարտադրվում է երկրորդ կապիտուլիացիոն փաստաթղթի ստորագրում, որի մասին արդեն գրել եմ:

Քանի որ մեր հասարակության մեծագույն մասը հասկացել է, որ դա կործանարար ազդեցություն է ունենալու Հայաստանի պետականության վրա, նկատելի է հստակ ժողովրդական դիմադրություն։ Հենց այս ժողովրդական դիմադրությունը կոտրելուն է ուղղված ՀՀ դե ֆակտո թուրքամետ իշխանությունների և դրա պարագլուխ Ն. Փաշինյանի նոր ու անթաքույց քարոզը, որը մի քանի օր է՝ մեկնարկել է. Տավուշում, Արարատում և Հայաստանի այլ մարզերում ստելով համոզում են, որ Ադրբեջանին նվիրվող հերթական տարածքները մեր հողերը չեն։ Պատճառը պարզ է. կապիտուլյանտը չի կարողանում դիմադրել Ալիևին և որպեսզի պահի իշխանությունը, բոլորիս համոզում է, որ մեր հայրենիքի մասերը մեր երկիրը չեն և որ մենք դիմադրելու կարողություն չունենք։

Իրականում, սակայն, կա ոչ միայն դիմադրելու կարողություն, այլև ցանկություն։ Այս ամենի մասին հնարավորինս հանրամատչելի ձևաչափով խոսել եմ կից տեսանյութում։
