Փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Արա Զոհրաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հայտնում է.

«Ինչպես տեղեկացրել եմ, փաստաբան գործընկերներիս հետ դեռևս 2021թ. հունվարին դիմել ենք ՀՀ վարչական դատարան ընդդեմ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության և Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի:

Վարչական դատարանից խնդրել ենք պարտավորեցնել վերը նշված գերատեսչություններին չզիջել և պահպանել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Տավուշի, Գեղարքունիքի, Արարատի, Վայոց Ձորի և Սյունիքի մարզերի սահմաններին կից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի կողմից 27.01.2021 թվականի դրությամբ փաստացի զբաղեցված դիրքերը և տարածքները:

Դատարանից խնդրել էինք նաև կիրառել հայցի ապահովման միջոց այն նպատակով, որպեսզի պաշտպանության նախարարը կամ գլխավոր շտաբի պետն իրենց վերադասի՝ դիրքերը լքելու հրամանը չկատարելու իրավական հիմք ունենային: Վարչական դատարանը մերժել էր մեր միջնորդությունը: ՊՆ և ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբն էլ հայտարարում էին, որ իրենք սահմանների պաշտպանությունը պատշաճ իրականացնում են:

Այս ընթացքում տեղի ունեցավ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան սահմանների ներխուժում Գեղարքունիքի և Սյունիքի մարզերում: Ընդ որում, ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը առանց դիմադրության կիլոմետրերով մտել են Հայաստանի հողի մեջ:

Այսօր՝ 24.05.2021թ., գործընկերներիս հետ նույն վարչական գործով ներկայացրել ենք հայցի ապահովման մասին նոր միջնորդություն, ՀՀ վարչական դատարանից խնդրելով՝

- Արգելել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարին և ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետին՝ սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ կամ վերադասի պահանջով, հրամանով, հրահանգով զիջել կամ լքել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Տավուշի, Գեղարքունիքի, Արարատի, Վայոց Ձորի և Սյունիքի մարզերի սահմանները (սահմանային և այլ մարտական դիրքերը), ինչպես նաև թուլացնել դրանց պաշտպանությունը:

Հուսանք, որ վարչական դատարանը կպաշտպանի քաղաքացիների իրավունքը և իրավական հիմք կտա Զինված ուժերին չենթարկվել սահմանը կամ դիրքերը լքելու հրամաններին»:
