ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախկին նախարարներ Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը և  Մանե Թանդիլյանը ստեղծում են նոր քաղաքական ուժ: Այս մասին Թանդիլյանը հայտնել է Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում:
 
«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Արցախյան պատերազմի հետևանքով տեղի ունեցող ընտրությունները պետք է դառնային ընտրություն ապագայի տեսլականի համար, ընտրություն՝ սխալների վերաիմաստավորման մասին, ընտրություն՝ մեր ուղու և արագորեն վերակազմակերպվելու մասին։
Այնինչ, հասարակությունն ստիպված է ընտրել երկիրը կեղեքողների և երկիրը անգործության մատնածների միջև, քաղաքական ամբարտավանության և քաղաքական անմեղսունակության միջև՝ այդպես էլ չընդունելով 30 տարվա ընթացքում յուրաքանչյուրն իր մեղքի բաժինը և պարտադրելով ժողովրդին՝ «նշանակել» մեղավորներ և դատավորներ։
Բոլորի կողմից ընտրատարածք չհամարվող Արցախի մոռացության ֆոնին՝ պայքար է գնում ամեն գնով իշխանությունը պահելու, իշխանությունը զավթելու և իշխանության շրջապատում հայտնվելու համար՝ այս ամենը ներկայացնելով հանուն պետության և հանուն ժողովրդի։
Ակնհայտ է, որ քաղաքացիների ճնշող մեծամասությունն ընտրություն է կատարելու հուզական մթնոլորտում՝ չունենալով որևէ սպասում, դադարելով երազել․․․
Խորհրդարանական կառավարման երկրում խորհրդարանը վերածվել է բացառապես ատելության և շոուների հարթակի, որտեղ բոլորը բոլորին մեղադրում են, բոլորը բոլորին դատում։ Նույնը շարունակվելու է նոր խորհրդարանում՝ նոր «դատավորներով» և նոր «մեղադրյալներով»։
Պաշտոնը, այդ թվում խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունը համարելով ընդամենը միջոց հայրենիքին ծառայելու համար՝ մենք գնում ենք երկրում իրական փոփոխությունների առաքելության ճանապարհով՝ այս ընտրությունը չդարձնելով պատմական նպատակ։
Ըստ այդմ, տեղեկացնում ենք, որ որոշում ենք կայացրել չմասնակցել առաջիկա արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին։
Մենք վստահ ենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացին արժանի է ապրել անվտանգ ու բարեկեցիկ երկրում, որտեղ երազանքը դառնում է նպատակ, նպատակն՝ իրականություն։
Մենք շարունակելու ենք մեր աշխատանքով համախմբել մտածողության փոփոխությունը, գիտելիքը, աշխատանքը, նվիրումը երկրի զարգացման հիմք համարող անհատների՝ ստեղծելով ապագայի իշխանության թիմ։
Մենք մեր քաղաքական թիմերի և համախոհների հետ ստեղծում ենք նոր քաղաքական ուժ, որը վերականգնելու է Հայաստանի և հայի կորցրած հույսն ու հավատը՝ վերաիմաստավորելով պատահածը, վերականգնելով ազգային արժանապատվությունը՝ Հայաստանը ապրելու երկիր դարձնելու հանձնառությամբ։
