ՇՄ նախարարը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում խոսել է Ադրբեջանի ռազմական հանցագործությունների մասին

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ քաղաքում կայացել է «Երկրի էկոլոգիա՝ կայուն զարգացում» խորագրով Նևյան միջազգային բնապահպանական 9-րդ համաժողովը (Невский международный экологический конгресс)։

Համաժողովը անցկացվում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Բնական պաշարների և շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության կողմից ՝ Դաշնային խորհրդի ենթակայության ներքո, ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի մասնակցությամբ: 2008 թվականից անցկացվող համաժողովը տարիների ընթացքում ձեռք է բերել բարձր հեղինակություն և դարձել բնապահպանության ոլորտի միջազգային մակարդակի ծանրակշիռ հարթակ՝ ընդունված երկրների կառավարությունների, խորհրդարանների, գործարար ու գիտական շրջանակների կողմից։

Համաժողվին մասնակցել է ՀՀ Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը։ 

Այսօր՝ շուրջ երեք տասնյակ երկրների կառավարությունների ու խորհրդարանների բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների,գիտնական-փորձագետների և առաջատար միջազգային կազմակերպությունների մասնակցությամբ համաժողովի լիագումար նիստի ժամանակ, որը վարում էին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնային խորհրդի նախագահ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոն և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կառավարության նախագահի տեղակալ Վիկտորիա Աբրամչենկոն։

 Ելույթով հանդես է եկել ՀՀ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը: 

Նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը բարձր մակարդակի այս հարթակն ու լսարանը օգտագործել է ևս մեկ անգամ բարձրաձայնելու և միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը հրավիրելու 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբեր ամսին Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված ագրեսիայի հետևանքներին։

Նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը անդրադարձել է 44-օրյա պատերազմի օրերին Արցախի ժողովրդի դեմ ռազմական հանցագործություններին, կիրառված արգելված զինատեսակների հետևանքով առաջացած հումանիտար և բնապահպանական ճգնաժամին։ 

Պատերազմի ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերն Արցախի ժողովրդի դեմ կիրառել են միջազգայնորեն արգելված կասետային զինամթերք, սպիտակ ֆոսֆոր կամ թերմիտային նյութեր պարունակող զենքեր։ Նման գործողությունները շրջակա միջավայրին անուղղելի վնաս են հասցրել՝ լայնամասշտաբ անտառային հրդեհներից մինչև օդի, հողի, ջրի և բուսական ու կենդանական աշխարհի թունավորում։

Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը  խոսել է պատերազմի ավարտից հետո ադրբեջանական կողմի շարունակական ագրեսիայի և ոտնձգությունների մասին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նկատմամբ։
