Տարածաշրջանում առկա տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակման համատեքստում առավել տեսանելի են համարվում Խորհրդային միության ժամանակ գործող երկաթգծի ենթակառուցվածքների և ուղիների վերականգնման և դրանցով հավասար իրավունքներով և պայմաններով բեռնափոխադրումների իրականացման հնարավորությունները: Այս մասին, պատասխանելով «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցին, հայտարարեց ՀՀ փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար, Հայաստան- Ռուսաստան-Ադրբեջան աշխատանքային խմբում ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ առաջիկայում եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբի աշխատանքները շարունակվելու դեպքում, դրանք կծավալվեն այս հնարավորությունների շուրջ:    

-Նախօրեին Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբի ձևաչափով բանակցվող տրանսպորտային ուղիների ապաշրջափակման հարցում կան լավ արդյունքներ։ Ի՞նչ արդյունքների մասին է հայտարարում Ադրբեջանի նախագահը և արդյո՞ք այդ արդյունքները վերաբերում են Սյունիքի մարզի տարածքում «միջանցքի» քննարկումներին։

-2021թ. հունվարի 11-ի հայտարարության կետերի համաձայն ստեղծված փորձագիտական ենթախմբերի կողմից իրականացվել են վերլուծական և հետազոտական ծավալուն աշխատանքներ, որոնք վերաբերում են երկաթուղային և ավտոմոբիլային փոխադրումների տեխնիկապես հնարավոր և արդյունավետ տարբերակների բացահայտմանը՝ հաշվի առնելով նաև անվտանգության, սահմանային, մաքսային և այլ տիպի հսկողության անհրաժեշտ գործառույթների կազմակերպման և իրականացման հնարավորությունները: 

Տարածաշրջանում առկա տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակման համատեքստում ներկա պահին շարունակվում են ուսումնասիրվել միջազգային փոխադրումների հետ կապված սահմանային, մաքսային և այլ տիպի հսկողության կազմակերպման հարցերը՝ ԱՊՀ նորմատիվ իրավական բազայի, ինչպես նաև մնացած այն բազմակողմ միջազգային պայմանագրերի և կոնվենցիաների կարգավորումների շրջանակներում, որոնց կողմ է հանդիսանում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը: Նույն համատեքստում գնահատվում են նաև տարածաշրջանի այլ երկրների տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքների և ուղիների հետ հնարավոր կապերի պոտենցիալ ազդեցությունը և տնտեսական էֆեկտները: Այս պահի դրությամբ առավել տեսանելի կարելի է համարել Խորհրդային միության ժամանակ գործող երկաթգծի ենթակառուցվածքների և ուղիների վերականգնման և դրանցով հավասար իրավունքներով և պայմաններով բեռնափոխադրումների իրականացման հնարավորությունները: Կարծում եմ, առաջիկայում եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբի աշխատանքները շարունակվելու դեպքում, դրանք կծավալվեն այս հնարավորությունների շուրջ:    

Տարածաշրջանային տրանսպորտային կապերի  ապաշրջափակման շուրջ տեղի ունեցող աշխատանքներում, կրկին ընդգծում ենք, որ «միջանցքային» տրամաբանությամբ հարցեր Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը չի քննարկել և չի քննարկելու:
