 Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, մայիսի 29-ին՝ ժամը 03:20-ի սահմաններում, ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվեկ, որ Հերացի փողոցի թիվ 24 հասցեում գործող  «24 ժամ մարկետ»  խանութում մի մարդ  դիմակով, զենքի նմանվող առարկայով փորձել է կողոպուտի փորձ կատարել, սակայն, երբ խանութ հաճախորդ է մտել, նա դիմել է փախուստի:

Նշված վայր է ժամանել ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արման Պապյանի, բաժնի պետի օպերգծով տեղակալ  Երվանդ Նիկոյանի գլխավորությամբ:

 Ժամանել են նաև ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Հովհաննես Արիստակեսյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Պարզվել է, որ   անհայտ անձը  զենքի նմավող առարկայի սպառնալիքի տակ փորձել է խանութի  վաճառողից՝ 22-ամյա Վահագն Մ.-ից,   գումար հափշտակել, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում հանցանքն ավարտին չի հասցրել ու դիմել է փախուստի:

Ոստիկանությունը ձեոնարկում է անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ միջոցառումներ՝  հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրան հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
