1990-ականներին մենք կրկին փայլուն էինք կռվում, սակայն չէինք հասնի որևէ արդյունքի, եթե չլիներ պետական լրջագույն կազմակերպում։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 8-ին, Արցախյան պատերազմի մասնակիցների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց ՀԱԿ անդամ Լևոն Զուրաբյանը։

«Ես համարում եմ, որ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանն ամենամեծ ազգայնականն է։ Եթե հայ ազգը չկարողանա քաղաքական գործիչներին դատել ըստ արժանվույն, մենք ապագա չենք ունենա։ Փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ այն մարդիկ, որոնք ամպագոռգոռ բաներ չեն ասում, չեն խոսում մինչև Քուռ հասնելու, այլ խոսում են խաղաղության և դիվագիտության մասին, այդ մարդիկ հասնում են ամենամեծ հաղթանակներին։ 1990-ական թվականների հաղթանակի բանալին սա էր»,- ասաց նա։

Լևոն Զուրաբյանի կարծիքով՝ այս ընտրությունները հատուկ գործողություն են պետությունը փրկելու ուղղությամբ։

«Այս ընտրություններն իրականում արդյունքն են այդ պատերազմի։ Ընտրությունները չէին լինի, եթե չլիներ պատերազմը, որը, ցավոք, Հայաստանի և Արցախի համար ավարտվեց պարտությամբ։ Որևէ հասարակության մեջ ոչ մի բան ավելի թանկ չի համարվում, քան մարդու պատրաստակամությունը զոհաբերել սեփական կյանքը և անվտանգությունը հանուն հողի ու տան պաշտպանությանը»,- ընդգծեց Լևոն Զուրաբյանը։

Ըստ Լևոն Զուրաբյանի՝ ուժեղ են այն հասարակությունները և ազգերն, որոնք կարողանում են իրենց զինվորի նկատմամբ անհրաժեշտ պետական հոգատարությունը ցուցաբերել։     

«Պետական հոգատարության համար մենք առաջին հերթին պետք է ունենանք պետություն, որը կարողանում է այդ հոգատարությունը կազմակերպել։ Տպավորություն է, որ այսօրվա գործող իշխանությունները հայտնվել են մի ճահճի մեջ և մեզ էլ են այդ ճահիճը տանում։ Մենք այսօր մոտեցել ենք այն շեմին, որ պետականությունը վնասված է, և մենք պետություն կարծես չունենք։ Ես չեմ կարծում եմ, որ մեր պետության թուլացումը միայն պատերազմի հետևանքն է։ Իրականում մեր պետության թուլացումը արդեն կարելի էր ակնկալել մեր իշխանությունների որդեգրած մտածելակերպից»,- հավելեց Լևոն Զուրաբյանը։
