Հեղափոխությունից անմիջապես հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ պաշտոններ ստացած թիմակիցները՝ նախարարները, մարզպետները հավաստիացնում էին հանրությանը, որ իրենց վստահված կառույցներում անցկացնելու են աուդիտ, վեր հանելու նախկինների թալանը: Հեղափոխությունից անցել է շուրջ երեք տարի, որոշ կառույցներում աուդիտ իհարկե անցկացվեց, սակայն հիմնականում ՔՊ-ականները մոռացության մատնեցին հանրությանը տված իրենց այդ խոստումը: Իսկ այն կառույցներում, որտեղ աուդիտը ի վերջո տեղի ունեցավ, այդպես էլ հասկանալի չէ ՝ թալանը բացահայտվել է, թե ոչ:

Օրինակ` այն ժամանակվա սփյուռքի նախարար Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը, որ խոստանում էր վերհանել Հրանուշ Հակոբյանի թալանը, այդպես էլ հանրությանը վերոնշյալ թալանի որևէ փաստ չներկայացրեց:

Հայաստան Համահայկական հիմնադրամի գործունեության մեջ սկզբում որոշակի կոռուպցիոն ռիսկեր գտած Հայկակ Արշամյանը, այնուհետև հայտարարեց, որ նման ռիսկեր չկան, աուդիտը ոչ մի չարաշահում չի հայտնաբերել:

Փաշինյանը հայտարարում էր, որ Նաիրիտ գործարանից նախկին վարչապետ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը շուրջ 300 միլիոն դոլար է յուրացրել: Մինչդեռ հենց այսօր գործող իշխանությունները ամեն կերպ փորձում են խոչընդոտել Նաիրիտում աուդիտի անցկացումը, որը կարող էր ապացուցել, կամ ինչու ոչ՝ հերքել Փաշինյանի այդ պնդումները:

Լոռու նախկին մարզպետ Անդրեյ Ղուկասյանի հանրությանը սենսացիոն բացահայտումներ էր խոստանում՝ մարզպետարանում նախկինների կատարած թալանից, աուդիտի թիրախում էին նաև մարզի դպրոցները, սակայն Լոռու մարզպետարանում շատ արագ մոռացան, որ հասարակությանը բացահայտումներ են պարտք և որոշեցին աուդիտ ընդհանրապես չանցկացնել:

Արարատի նախկին մարզպետ Գարիկ Սարգսյանն էլ պաշտոնը ստանձնելուց անմիջապես հետո կարգադրել էր իր ղեկավարած կառույցում աուդիտ անցկացնել, որի արդյունքների մասին տեղեկություն չկա անգամ երեք տարի անց էլ:

Ընդ որում, ուշագրավն այն է, որ հեղափոխությունից հետո ՔՊ-ական պաշտոնյաները աուդիտ չեն իրականացնում՝ վեր հանելու նաև իրենց ղեկավարման շրջանում արձանագրված պոտենցիալ խախտումները և չարաշահումները: Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի նախագահի խոսքերով՝ պետական ապարատի մեծ մասը հեղափոխությունից հետո աուդիտ չի անցկացրել: Իսկ սա նշանակում է, որ թավշյա պաշտոնյաները ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով թաքցնում են ոչ միայն նախկինների թալանը, այլ չի բացառվում նաև, որ փորձ է արվում կոծկել սեփական չարաշահումները...
