«Հայ Ազգային Կոնգրես»-ը քարոզարշավի 6-րդ օրը Շիրակի մարզում էր: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, թեև հանդիպման առաջին կանգառը Մարալիկն էր, սակայն ժամանակի սղության  պատճառով հանդիպումը մարզի ընտրողների հետ մեկնարկեց Գյումրու Մարզամշակութային կենտրոնի դահլիճում: Տեղի ունեցավ Հայ Ազգային Կոնգեսի անդամների ու համակիրների հանդիպումը՝ կուսակցության փոխնախագահներ Լևոն Զուրաբյանի և Արամ Մանուկյանի հետ:

«Պատկերացնում եք պետություն, որն ունի անհրաժեշտ գումար ամբողջ Հյուսիս-հարավ մայրուղին կառուցելու համար, բայց մոտ 10 տարի դա չի սարքում: Սա վերաբերում է և՛ նախկիններին, և՛ ներկաներին. էն ժամանակ սարքում էին, որ թալանեն, հիմա էլ անունը դնում են կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքար և 3 տարվա մեջ բան չի փոխվել»,- իր ելույթում նշեց ՀԱԿ փոխնախագահ Լևոն Զուրաբյանը: Վերջինիս կարծիքով՝ գերիների խնդիրը միայն կլուծվի բանիմաց ու խոսքի ուժ ունեցող ղեկավարի դեպքում: 

«Վստահեցնում եմ՝ Տեր-Պետրոսյանը լինի երկրի ղեկավար, մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում կլուծվի գերիների հարցը և բազմաթիվ այլ հարցեր, որովհետև երկիր կառավարելը կրկես ու թամաշա  չէ՝ լուրջ արվեստ է և այդ արվեստի  տիրապետող մարդիկ պետք է կարողանան երկիրը ղեկավարել ու երկրի անվտանգության հարցը լուծել»,- նշեց Լևոն Զուրաբյանը:

Խոսելով երկրորդ նախագահի վերադարձի մասին՝ ՀԱԿ անդամները նշեցին  դա լուրջ պրոբլեմ է: «Մենք պետք ժողովրդին փրկենք երկընտրանքից, չկա երկընտրանք՝ ո՛չ մեկը, ո՛չ մյուսը ընտրանք չեն մեզ համար: Երկուսն էլ չարիք են»,- հավելեց Զուրաբյանը:
