«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Բուջեի ծախսերը կատարելու համար կառավարությունը ռեկորդային տեմպերով ավելացնում է պետական պարտքը։ Վերջին 1 տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանը 1 մլրդ 370 մլն դոլարի պարտք է կուտակել։ Տնտեսության վիճակը վատ է, պարտքն էլ ավելանում է, եւ դա ծանր բեռ է լինելու։

Ապրիլի վերջի դրությամբ ՀՀ պետական պարտքը հասել է շուրջ 8 մլրդ 773 մլն դոլարի։ Այդ գումարից 1 մլրդ 370 միլիոնը ձեւավորվել է միայն վերջին 1 տարվա ընթացքում։ Գրեթե 29 տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանը ընդհանուր առմամբ կուտակել էր 7 մլրդ 403 մլն դոլարի պարտք, իսկ միայն վերջին 1 տարում այս իշխանությունը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, պարտքն ավելացրել է 1 մլրդ 370 մլն դոլարով։ Ընդ որում, աճում է ինչպես ներքին, այնպես էլ արտաքին պարտքը։

Խոսենք թվերով. արտաքին պարտքը հասել է 6 մլրդ 743 մլն դոլարի, իսկ ներքին պարտքը հատել է 2 մլրդ դոլարի սահմանը։ Անցած 1 տարվա ընթացքում արտաքին պարտքն ավելացել է 1 մլրդ 43 մլն դոլարով, աճն անցնում է 18 տոկոսից։ Աճի տեմպն ավելի բարձր է ներքին պարտքի դեպքում՝ 1 տարում՝ ավելի քան 19 տոկոս։ Այդ ընթացքում կառավարությունը հասցրել է ներքին պարտքը մեծացնել եւս 326 մլն դոլարով։
