«Հայաստան» դաշինքի նախընտրական շտաբի ղեկավար Արմեն Գևորգյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրել է․  

«Բարի օր, Հայաստան: 

Դժվար է ապրել Շուշիի երեկվա կադրերով։ Չեմ պատկերացնում, թե դեռ որքան ժամանակ դրանք պիտի որոշեն մեր տրամադրությունը: Տպավորություններս կրկնակի ծանր են այն պատճառով, որ «մրճավոր վայրենին» իր ընտրարշավն անցկացնում էր Սյունիքում՝ ճիշտ թյուրքական կոալիցիայի քթի տակ։ Այն,  որ Էրդողանը և Ալիևը հունիսի 15-ին լինելու էին Շուշիում, հայտնի էր դեռ մի շաբաթ առաջ։ Եւ իմանալով հանդերձ, Նիկոլը չի փոխել Սյունիք այցի իր գրաֆիկը։ Նրա ժամանումը հսկայական ոստիկանական շքախմբով և արձագանքի բացակայությունը այսպես կոչված «Շուշիի դեկլարացիային» խոսում է այն մասին, որ նա այդպիսով ազդանշան է ուղարկում իր թյուրք գործընկերներին մինչև վերջ գնալու իր պատրաստակամության մասին։ Ինքը ցանկանում էր նրանց ցույց տալ, թե տիրապետում է իրավիճակին։ Թյուրքերը հետևողականորեն գնում են դեպի իրենց նպատակը։ Նրանք իրականացնում են տարածաշրջանի աշխարհաքաղաքական նոր՝ առանց Ռուսաստանի,  քարտեզ ձևավորելու իրենց գլոբալ ծրագրերը։

Երեկ ուշ երեկոյան հնարավորություն ունեցա շփվել Հայաստան տեղափոխված մեր հայրենակիցների հետ։ Ցանկանում եմ միանգամից նշել,  որ Սփյուռքը հսկայական ներուժ է և ռեսուրս Հայաստանի զարգացման և արդիականացման համար։ Այդ բացառիկ հնարավորությունը չունեն մեր տարածաշրջանի շատ երկրներ։ Բայց ի՞նչն է ակնհայտ։ Մենք մինչև հիմա այդպես էլ չենք գտել Հայաստանում այդ մարդկանց ինտեգրացիայի օպտիմալ և պարզ մեխանիզմներ։ Գործող իշխանությունները շարունակում են չնկատել նրանց։ Հայրենադարձներից շատերը, հատկապես՝ Սիրիայից և Լիբանանից տեղափոխվածները, կարող են մեծ օգուտ բերել փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության զարգացմանը, նրանց գիտելիքներն ու փորձը կարող են օգտակար լինել պետական ծառայության որոշ ոլորտներում, ինչպես նաև արաբական երկրների հետ ԵԱՏՄ-ի առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերություններ հաստատելու  գործում։ Անհրաժեշտ է հայրենադարձության տրամաբանական և նպատակային ծրագիր։ Բայց մինչ այդ պետք է լուծել արդեն Հայաստան ժամանածների կյանքի կազմակերպման բոլոր տարրական հարցերը։

Մենք միշտ խոսում ենք մարդկային ներքին ներուժի մասին, բայց ժամանակն է խոսել հայկական գլոբալ մարդկային ռեսուրսի մասին և դրա՝ բուն Հայաստանում ռացիոնալ օգտագործման մասին։

Եվս մի նկատառում։ Կա կարծիք թե, վերականգնելով Սփյուռքի նախարարությունը, մենք ինքնաբերաբար կլուծենք Հայաստանի և Սփյուռքի փոխհարաբերությունների շատ խնդիրներ։ Համոզված եմ, որ այդ հարցերը չեն կարող սահմանափակվել միայն մեկ նախարարության շրջանակներով։ Դրանք մշտապես պետք է լինեն Հայաստանի բոլոր պետական ու տեղական մարմինների ուշադրության կենտրոնում և օրակարգերում»։
