ՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ, Տարածքային կառավարման նախկին նախարար Արմեն Գեւորգյանը կոչով դիմել է Հայաստանի բոլոր համայնքների ղեկավարներին:

Կոչը ներկայացնում ենք ստորեւ.

«Դիմում եմ Հայաստանի բոլոր համայնքների ղեկավարներին։

Սիրելի համայնքապետեր.

Դիմում եմ ձեզ, որովհետեւ վստահ եմ ձեր հայրենասիրության ու պետական գիտակցության վրա։

Դիմում եմ ձեզ որպես մի մարդ, որը երկար տարիներ աշխատել է Տարածքային կառավարման նախարարի պաշտոնում ու քաջածանոթ է Հայաստանի համայնքների խնդիրներին։ Դիմում եմ ձեզ այն համոզմամբ, որ ձեզնից շատերը գիտեն իմ մոտեցումները արդարության եւ սկզբունքայնության մասին: Դրանք չեն փոխվել:

Այսօր մենք չափազանց կարեւոր ընտրության առաջ ենք։ Ես չէի ուզի անել այս արտահայտությունը, բայց այո, մենք այն իրավիճակում ենք, երբ վաղը կարող է իրոք ուշ լինել։ Մեր վաղվա ափսոսանքն ու զղջումը կարող են որեւէ արժեք չունենալ, քանի որ այլեւս չեն փոխի մեր պատմության հետագա ընթացքը։ Այդ ընթացքը մեր օգտին շրջել կարող ենք միայն հունիսի 20-ի ճիշտ ընտրությամբ, իսկ պարզապես բարի ցանկությունները մեզ ոչնչից չեն ապահովագրելու։ Այս ընտրությունը որքան բարդ,  նույնքան էլ պարզ է. ընտրությունը Հայաստանի լինել կամ չլինելու մեջ է, մեր՝ չդադարող ստորացման կամ արժանապատիվ խաղաղության մեջ է։

Խնդրում եմ՝ դիմանալ եւ չտրվել գործող իշխանության ճնշումներին։

Ընդամենը մի քանի օր կարելի է դիմանալ իր վերջին օրերն ապրող իշխանության անօրինական ճնշումներին։ Նրանք ձեզ կսպառնան, կփորձեն սիրաշահել, խաբել, ի՜նչ ասես կանեն, բայց նժարին մեր պետությունն է։ Իմ հորդորն է՝ չանել որեւէ անօրինական հրահանգ. հրաժարվե´ք կիրառել վարչական լծակները, չստիպեք մարդկանց՝ քվեարկել իրենց խղճին դեմ, ու դուք ինքներդ նույնպես այդպես չանեք։

Մենք իրար հետ մեծ աշխատանք ունենք անելու, մեր երկիրը վիրավոր է, մեր ժողովրդին ուզում են ստորացնել։  Եկեք միասի´ն դա թույլ չտանք, եկեք միասին ոտքի կանգնեցնենք մեր երկիրը։ Եթե մենք այսօր սխալվենք, եթե այսօր զիջենք, եթե այսօր կոտրվենք, վաղը կարող է ուշ լինել։

Եկեք միասին շրջենք պարտության էջը։

Եկեք միասին նոր էջ բացենք մեր պետության եւ մեր բոլորիս կյանքում։
