«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Հունիսի 20-ին տեղի ունեցած արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ողջ ընթացքում պարբերաբար հրապարակվում էին տեղեկություններ, տեսանյութեր, դիտորդական խմբերի ու վստահված անձանց կողմից հնչած ահազանգեր այն մասին, որ տեղի են ունեցել բազմաթիվ խախտումներ, ապօրինություններ, ընդհուպ՝ զինվորներին բացահայտ ուղղորդելու դեպքեր։

Սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ ՀՀ տարածքում գործող և մեծամասամբ արևմուտքի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող մի շարք իրավապաշտպան ՀԿ-ներ, որոնք ժամանակին Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող բոլոր ընտրությունների ժամանակ նույնիսկ ամենափոքր դիպվածի առնչությամբ կուրծք էին ծեծում և աղաղակում էին ընտրախախտումների մասին, այս ընտրությունների ժամանակ լիակատար լռություն էին պահպանում՝ չարձագանքելով գեթ մեկ ահազանգի։ Ավելին, այդ ՀԿներից մեկի ներկայացուցիչը ընտրատեղամասում ընդդիմության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ նույնիսկ սադրիչ գործողություններ էր իրականացնում՝ ակնհայտորեն սպասարկելով Փաշինյանի ու նրա թիմի շահերը։

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, արևմտյան ֆինանսավորմամբ այդ կառույցները առաջիկա մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում ամենօրյա ռեժիմով հիացմունքի հայտարարություններ են անելու ընտրությունների «անաչառության, բարձրակարգության ու անթերիության մասին»:
