2021 թվականի հունիսի 20-ին նշանակված ՀՀ ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու և կուսակցությունների դաշինքի օգտին կողմ քվեարկելու համար ՀՀ Վայոց ձորի մարզի Եղեգնաձոր քաղաքում մի խումբ անձանց կողմից ընտրողներին անձամբ և միջնորդների միջոցով կաշառք բաժանելու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նյութերով ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ կուսակցությունների դաշինքի պատգամավորության թեկնածու Գ.Ս.-ն, մի խումբ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, երկու և ավելի անձանց առաջարկել և տվել է 20.000-ից 30.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարի չափով կաշառք` կուսակցությունների դաշինքի օգտին կողմ քվեարկելու համար: Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը.

«Վերը նշված հանցավոր արարքների կատարման համար 21.06.2021թ.-ին Գ.Ս.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 154.2-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով: Նույն օրը քննիչի կողմից նրա նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան, որը 22.06.2021թ.-ին բավարարվել է:

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության հետ համատեղ ձեռնարկում է անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական գործողություններ` վերը նշված դեպքերի բոլոր հանգամանքները և ընտրակաշառք բաժանելու հանցավոր սխեմայում ներգրավված բոլոր անձանց ինքնությունը բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
