«Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքի նախընտրական ցուցակը գլխավորող, Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հունիսի 21-ի հանրահավաքի ելույթում չի տեսել հստակ համերաշխության կոչ և ցանկություն:  Վանեցյանն այս մասին ասաց մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ:

«Չես կարող համերաշխության կոչ անել, միաժամանակ ասել՝ բոլորին պառկեցնելու ենք, նստեցնելու ենք, այս ենք անելու, այն ենք անելու: Խոսքերին հավատալ չեմ ուզում և չեմ կարող: Եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իրապես ուզում է համերաշխություն մեր հասարակության մեջ, հանգստություն մեր երկրին, ապա իր քայլերով և իր գործողություններով պետք է շատ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում ցույց տա, որ ինքը փոխվել է»,-  հավելեց Վանեցյանը:

ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրենի կարծիքով` երեք տարիների ընթացքում Փաշինյանի կոչերը, հայտարարությունները և իրողությունները էապես տարբերվել են իրարից:

«Եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կփորձի իրապես բերել մեր երկրին համերաշխություն ու հանգստություն, ես միայն ուրախ կլինեմ: Բայց դա միայն ժամանակը ցույց կտա: Մեր վերաբերմունքը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին լինելու է հայելային: Եթե տեսնենք, որ կարողանում է փոխվել, կարողանում է դառնալ իրապես պետական գործիչ, որին ես չեմ հավատում, ապա իհարկե, մենք պետք է գործենք այլ տրամաբանությամբ»,- եզրափակեց Վանեցյանը:
