ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը երկրորդ շրջաբերական գրությունն է ուղարկել Երևանի քաղաքապետարանին և ՀՀ մարզպետարաններին:

Ինչպես հայտնեցին ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունից, շրջաբերականով նշված կառույցներին առաջարկվել է իրենց ենթակա ուսումնական հաստատություններին տեղեկացնել առ այն, որ ատեստավորման ենթակա ուսուցիչներն ազատ են երաշխավորված կազմակերպությունների ցանկից վերապատրաստող կազմակերպություն ընտրելու հարցում: Նույնաբովանդակ գրություն է ուղարկվել նաև ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության ենթակայության հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունների տնօրեններին: 

ԿԳՄՍՆ-ն ևս մեկ անգամ զգուշացրել է, որ դպրոցի կողմից ցանկացած ուղղորդում անթույլատրելի է, և պետք է բացառել որևէ ճնշում այս գործընթացում: Ճնշման դեպքում առաջարկվել է դիմել նախարարություն, որը հետևողական է լինելու ուսուցիչների՝ կազմակերպության ընտրության իրավունքի իրացման հարցում։

«Հարգելի՛ կազմակերպություններ, վաստակե՛ք ուսուցիչների ընտրությունը լավ կազմակերպված և բարձրորակ վերապատրաստմամբ, որը ձեր շարունակական գործունեության լավագույն հիմքն է։ Մյուս բոլոր հիմքերը բերելու են հակառակ ազդեցության»,- նշել է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը։

Շրջաբերականին կցվել են ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի հրամանով հաստատված ատեստավորման ենթակա ուսուցչին վերապատրաստող երաշխավորված կազմակերպությունների և դասընթացների ցանկը, դիմումի ձևը, համապատասխան պայմանագրի կնքման նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների կազմակերպման ուղեցույցը և պայմանագրի օրինակելի ձևը՝ դրանց մասին սահմանված ժամկետում վերապատրաստման և ատեստավորման ենթակա ուսուցիչներին տեղեկացնելու նպատակով:

Գրության մեջ նշվել է, որ տնօրենը վերապատրաստումը սկսվելուց առնվազն 10 օր առաջ պարտավոր է ուսուցչին գրավոր տեղեկացնել վերապատրաստող կազմակերպության, վերապատրաստման ժամկետի, վերապատրաստման ձևի և վայրի (հեռավարի դեպքում՝ հարթակի) մասին, ինչպես նաև ուսուցիչներին հատկացնել ոչ պակաս, քան 2 շաբաթ ժամանակ՝ դիմումները ներկայացնելու  և դրանց հիման վրա կազմակերպության հետ համապատասխան պայմանագիր կնքելու նպատակով:
