Մի հարց եմ ուզում դնել քննարկման. Ինչո՞ւ բժշկական հանրությունը չի համախմբվում ու պաշտպանում իրենց հարգված գործընկերոջը՝ պրոֆեսոր Արմեն Չարչյանին։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է «Ճշմարտություն սերունդների համար» նախաձեռնության ղեկավար Գեղամ Նազարյանը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Կոնկրետ հարց. ինչո՞ւ հազարավոր բուժաշխատողներ սպիտակ խալաթները հագած չեն կանգնում դատախազության կամ դատարանների դիմաց։ Կասեք՝ հայտարարություն են արել։ Դա ձեւական, պասիվ մի քայլ է: Ի դեպ, դա էլ է շատ դժվար ստացվում։

Արմեն Չարչյանը ոչ մի վատ բան չի արել. բոլորը գիտեն, ավելին՝ կոչ անելով անպայման գնալ քվեարկության, իրեն պահել է որպես քաղաքացի։ Հիմա մեր բուժաշխատող-քաղաքացիներն ինչո՞ւ են փակվել տներում ու հետեւում, թե Նիկոլն ինչպես է ստորացնում իրենց ընկերոջը, գործնկերոջը։

Մենք հասարակությո՞ւն ենք, թե ցեղախումբ, որն ինչպես փայլուն ձեւակերպել է իրավապաշտպան Ավետիք Իշխանյանը, ընտրեց մուրճով շամանին։

Այն պահից, երբ Չարչյանի գործերը լավանան, անմիջապես շատերը կրկին հայտնվելու են նրա կողքին։ Սա հայաստանյան կեղտոտ բարքերն են։

Երբ  2018-2019  թվականներին Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ իրականացվում էր մի կողմից քրեական հետապնդում, իսկ մյուս կողմից՝ կեղտոտ քարոզչական թունավորում, հատուկենտ մարդիկ հրապարակային կանգնեցին նրա կողքին։ Ընտանիքի անդամներից բացի՝ հատուկենտ մարդիկ, ովքեր իրենց դեմքով ու իրենց համարձակությամբ, իրենց  խղճի թելադրանքով  կանգնեցին Քոչարյանի կողքին։

Բայց հենց Քոչարյանի գործերը լավացան, նրա շուրջ տեղ ու դադար այլեւս չկա։ Նրա համախոհների եւ թիմակիցների շրջանում անմիջապես հայտնվեցին մարդիկ, ովքեր իր դժվար պահին կամ անտարբեր էին, կամ իր դեմ աշխատողների ճամբարում էին, կամ ի պաշտպանություն Քոչարյանի ստորագրություն հավաքելիս հրաժարվում էին՝ «կարող է վարկաբեկվենք» բացատրությամբ։ Սա է իրականությունը։ Սա է հայաստանյան որակը։ Ու չգիտես արդեն ով է մեղավորը, ով՝ պատասխանատուն։

Ու նույնը հիմա, աչքիդ առաջ բժիշկ, պրոֆեսոր Արմեն Չարչյանի օրինակն է. քանի- քանի մարդու կյանք է փրկել, ոտքի կանգնացրել, քանի-քանի ուսանող է կրթել, քանի-քանի լավ բժիշկ պատրաստել, քանի-քանի մարդ է անվճար բուժել ու մոռացել դրա մասին։ Եթե այս մարդկանց ու բուժաշխատողների մի 20 տոկոսն էլ դուրս գար փողոց, ապա կլիներ լրիվ ուրիշ Հայաստան։ Տանը նստած հեշտ է նիկոլ մեղադրելը, շատ ավելի դժվար է քաղաքացի լինել»:
