ԱՀ ՄԻՊ-ը դատապարտելի է համարում միջազգային հանրության կողմից Արցախի մեկուսացումը

Հունիսի 24-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը որպես հատուկ բանախոս մասնակցել է ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդի 47-րդ նստաշրջանի և Տնտեսական ու սոցիալական խորհրդի հումանիտար հարցերի բաժնի աշխատանքներին զուգահեռ կազմակերպված «Մարդասիրական օգնություն, միջազգային պատժամիջոցներ և զինված հակամարտություններ» թեմայով առցանց քննարկմանը։ Միջոցառումը կազմակերպվել է «Խաղաղության, զարգացման և մարդու իրավունքների ՄԱԱԹ հիմնադրամի» նախաձեռնությամբ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Արցախի ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմը:

Պաշտպանը անդրադարձել է 2020 թվականի աշնանը ադրբեջանաթուրքական ագրեսիայի ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից կատարված ռազմական հանցագործություններին և միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի խախտումներին, ինչպես նաև ներկայացրել ռազմական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով Արցախում ստեղծված հումանիտար իրավիճակը։ Նա մատնանշել է տեղահանված անձանց բոլոր խնդիրները և ընդգծել միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից Արցախի ժողովրդին հումանիտար աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու խիստ անհրաժեշտությունը։

Անդրադառնալով հայ ռազմագերիների և քաղաքացիական գերեվարված անձանց ապօրինաբար Ադրբեջանում պահելու խնդրին՝ Պաշտպանը անընդունելի է համարել միջազգային կազմակերպությունների լռությունը Ադրբեջանում նրանց նկատմամբ իրականացվող շինծու և հակաիրավական դատավարությունների հարցում և պնդել, որ միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է առավել մեծ ճնշում գործադրի Ադրբեջանի վրա հայ ռազմագերիներին վերադարձնելու հարցում։

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը մանրամասն ներկայացրել է նաև պատերազմի ընթացքում և դրանից հետո Ադրբեջանի կողմից հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության նկատմամբ իրականացված վանդալիզմի դեպքերը և նշել, որ չնայած հայկական մշակութային կոթողներին սպառնացող վտանգի մասին պարբերաբար ահազանգերին՝ միջազգային համապատասխան մարմինները և մասնավորապես ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ն հստակ քայեր չեն ձեռնարկում Ադրբեջանի կողմից օկուպացված տարածքներում հայկական մշակույթը ոչնչացումից փրկելու համար։

Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը դատապարտելի է համարել Արցախի մեկուսացումը միջազգային հանրության կողմից՝ շեշտելով, որ հենց մեկուսացման պատճառով է, որ միջազգային հանրությունը խորությամբ չի գիտակցում խնդրի էությունը, որը ոչ թե տարածքային վեճ է, այլ Արցախի ժողովրդի պայքարն է իրենց իրավունքների պաշտպանության համար։
