Վերջին շրջանում ավելի խորացող Ադրբեջան-Պակիստան ռազմաքաղաքական գործակցությունը չի կարող չանհանգստացնել Հայաստանին, քանի որ Բաքվի բռնապետը մի կողմից խոսելով իբր «խաղաղության» մասին, մյուս կողմից իրականացնում է մեր դեմ պատերազմի նախապատրաստությանը միտված հստակ քայլեր։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է իրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանը։

«Խոսքը գնում է նաև վերջերս Բաքու այցելած պակիստանյան ներկայացուցչական ռազմական պատվիրակության մասին, որը ղեկավարում էր Պակիստանի բանակի ցամաքային զորքերի հրամանատար, գեներալ Ղամար Ջավեդ Բաջվան, և որին ընդունել է նաև անձամբ Բաքվի բռնապետը։
Չնայած բանակցությունների ընթացքում քննարկված հարցերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության սղությանը, այսուհանդերձ այցի ընթացքում արծարծված հիմնական խնդիրները, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, պետք է վերաբերեին ադրբեջանցի հատուկջոկատայինների վերապատրաստմանը լեռնային պայմաններում մարտ վարելու համար, ինչի բավական մեծ փորձ ունի Պակիստանը՝ հաշվի առնելով Հնդկաստանի հետ Քաշմիրի հարցով ռազմական բախումների պատմությունը։

Ըստ այդմ, ակներև է, որ Ադրբեջանում փորձ են կատարում վերակառուցել իրենց բանակը ոչ միայն թուրքական մոդելով, այլ նաև պակիստանյան փորձի հիման վրա, որը ենթադրում է մոտոհրաձգային զորամիավորումներին զուգահեռ մեծաթիվ լեռնահրաձգային այնպիսի շարժունակ միավորների ստեղծում, որոնք ունակ կլինեն խնդիրներ լուծելու դժվարամատչելի լեռնային և անտառային պայմաններում։  

Հաշվի առնելով Պակիստանի ռազմաքաղաքական համակարգի էթնիկ-կլանային կառուցվածքի յուրահատկությունները, ամենևին ավելորդ չի լինի նշել, որ դատելով պակիստանցի գեներալի ազգանունից, նա սերում է Հնդկական թերակղզու հայտնի էթնիկական խմբերից մեկից՝ ջաթերից, որոնց հայկական պատմական ավանդույթի ծաթերի հետ է նույնականացնում նշանավոր  պատմաբան Նիկողայոս Ադոնցը»,- գրել է նա։
