ՀՀ 3-րդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և մյուսների գործով դատական նիստի ժամանակ Սերժ Սարգսյանի պաշտպան Ամրամ Մակինյանն ասել է՝ պատրաստվում է ներկայացնել քրեական գործի ապօրինի լինելու վերաբերյալ փաստական հանգամանքներ։

Անդրադառնալով քրեական գործով անցնող նախկին մեղադրյալ Սերգո Կարապետյանի ցուցմունքներին, Մակյանը նշել է, որ վերջինս 2 անգամ հարցաքննվելուց ամիսներ անց դիմում է ուղարկել ՀՔԾ՝ իր ցուցմունքը լրացնելու նպատակով, հոկտեմբերի 4-ին ևս հարցաքննվել է, բայց այդ հարցաքննության արձանագրությունը քրգործում չկա։ Մակյանը նշել է՝ կասկածներ կան, որ հնարավոր է Սերգո Կարապետյանի նկատմամբ հարկադրանք է կիրառվել․ «Սերգո Կարապետյանը 2019թ․-ի հարցաքննության ժամանակ տվել է քրեական գործը հերքող ցուցմունք։ Սակայն խնդիրն այն է, որ Սերգո Կարապետյանի հոկտեմբերի 4-ի հարցաքննության արձանագրությունը մեր գործում չկա, ինչից կարելի է ենթադրել, որ այդ օրը տեղի է ունեցել քննչական գործողություն, որի արձանագրությունը քրեական գործում չկա։ 2019թ․-ի հոկտեմբերի 7-ին Սերգո Կարապետյանի անունից ձեռագիր դիմում են ուղարկում ՀՔԾ, որտեղ նշվում է, որ ինքը նախկինում ցուցմունք է տվել և հիմա ուզում է լրացնել։ Հունիսից մինչև հոկտեմբեր Սերգո Կարապետյանը, եթե հայտնելու բան ուներ, թող հայտներ»,- նշեց փաստաբանը։

Գործով մեղադրող դատախազ Արսեն Մարտիրոսյանը նշեց, որ Մակինյանն իր խոսքը, թե հարկադրանք է կիրառվել Սերգո Կարապետյանի նկատմամբ, ենթադրյալ հանցագործության մասին տեղեկություններ է պարունակում․ «Եթե նման բան կա, թող կոնկրետ տեղեկություններ հայտնի կամ պարզաբանի՝ սա ինչ է նշանակում»,- ասաց դատախազը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 3-րդ նախագահը մեղադրվում է պետական բյուջեից մոտ կես միլիարդ դրամի հափշտակությունը կազմակերպելու մեջ։ Գործով մեղադրյալներ են նաև նախկին գյուղնախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանն ու Սերժ Սարգսյանի մտերիմ գործարարներից «Ֆլեշ» ընկերության սեփականատեր Բարսեղ Բեգլարյանը, գյուղատնտեսության նախկին փոխնախարար Սամվել Գալստյանը և նույն նախարարության մեկ այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա Գևորգ Հարությունյանը։
