ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի տեղակալն աշխատանքային այցով Իրանում էր

Հունիսի 28-30-ը ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի տեղակալ Վարոս Սիմոնյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը գտնվում էր Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունում՝ մասնակցելու ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության և ԻԻՀ ճանապարհների և քաղաքաշինության նախարարության միջև մայիսի 24-ին ստորագրված  փոխըմբռնման հուշագրով ստեղծված հայ-իրանական աշխատանքային խմբի առաջին նիստին։

Աշխատանքային խմբի հայկական կողմի ղեկավարը ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի տեղակալ Վարոս Սիմոնյանն էր, իրանական կողմինը՝ ԻԻՀ ճանապարհների և քաղաքաշինության նախարարի  տեղակալ Դարյուշ Ամանին։ Պատվիրակության կազմում էին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի տեղակալ Արմեն Սիմոնյանը, ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Վարդան Կոստանյանը, ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության արտաքին կապերի վարչության պետ Արմեն Այվազյանը, ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի մաքսային հսկողության վարչության պետ Արտեմ Կարապետյանը։

Աշխատանքային խմբի անդամները հաստատել են իրենց պատրաստակամությունը՝ երկու երկրների միջև տնտեսական համագործակցության ընդլայնման, երկկողմ առևտրային հարաբերությունների զարգացման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու, ինչպես նաև դրանց զարգացմանը խոչընդոտող ընթացակարգերի պարզեցման կամ վերացման ուղղությամբ գործնական քայլեր ձեռնարկելու ուղղությամբ։

Այցի ընթացքում ՀՀ պատվիրակությունը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել ԻԻՀ ճանապարհների և քաղաքաշինության նախարարի տեղակալ Դարյուշ Ամանիի, ԻԻՀ արդյունաբերության, հանքերի և առևտրի նախարարի տեղակալ Համիդ Զադբումի, Իրանի Առևտրի պալատի նախագահ Ղոլամհոսեյն Շաֆեիի, Հյուսիսային Խորասանի նահանգապետ Մոհամմադ Ալի Շոջայիի հետ։

Հանդիպումներ են տեղի ունեցել նաև ԻԻՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմին կից Նորարարությունների ազգային հիմնադրամի և ԻԻՀ մաքսային ծառայության ղեկավարության հետ։

Հանդիպումների ընթացքում քննարկվել են հայ-իրանական տնտեսական փոխգործակցության օրակարգային հարցեր, այդ թվում՝ երկկողմ առևտուրը խոչընդոտող բեռնափոխադրման խնդիրները, երկու երկրների միջև ապրանքափոխանակման հնարավոր մեխանզմների ձևավորումը, իրանական գործարարների՝ Մեղրի ԱՏԳ-ում մասնակցությունը, մաքսային փաստաթղթաբանությունը և տեղեկատվության փոխանակումը, ՀՀ և ԻԻՀ Հյուսիսային Խորասանի նահանգի միջև  համագործակցության հեռանկարները, նախանշվել առաջիկայում իրականացվելիք ծրագրերը։

Կողմերը պայմանավորվեցին՝ աշխատանքային խմբի հաջորդ, երկրորդ նիստը գումարել մինչև ս․թ․ օգոստոսի 15-ը Երևանում։
