2021թ. հուլիսի 1-ի ժամը 16:00-ից մինչև ժամը 20:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձն ուրիշի գույքը գաղտնի հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ, տեխնիկական միջոցների գործադրմամբ բացելով տան առաջին և երկրորդ հարկերի մուտքի դռները, ապօրինի մուտք է գործել Դիլիջան համայնքի Հաղարծին բնակավայրում գտնվող  առանձնատուն և հափշտակել է 2.590.000 ՀՀ դրամ, 14.900 ԱՄՆ դոլար, 200 եվրո և 16.000 ՌԴ ռուբլի՝ պատճառելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գույքային վնաս:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի և 177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետի հատկանիշներով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում՝ հուլիսի 5-ին, տուժողը ներկայացել է Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժին և լրացուցիչ ցուցմունք տվել այն մասին, որ իր առանձնատան ավտոտնակի դարպասների մոտ՝ անվահեծի վրա, նկատել է պոլիէթիլենային պարկ, որում առկա է եղել 9.600 ԱՄՆ դոլար, 16.000 ՌԴ ռուբլի, 200 Եվրո և 300.000 ՀՀ դրամ:

Դեպքի վայրի զննության ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել, վերցվել է մատնահետք, և նշանակվել է մատնադրոշմային փորձաքննություն:

Միջոցառումներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունը կատարած անձին (անձանց) ինքնությունը պարզելու, ինչպես նաև գողոնի մի մասը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
