Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը ներդնում է սոցիալական պաշտպանության նոր համակարգ: Շուրջ երկու ամիս ոլորտի աշխատակիցները «Սոցիալական աշխատանք» մասնագիտության հատուկ ուսուցման դասընթացներ անցան: Նպատակը՝ բարձրացնել հմտություններն ու նպաստել «Սոցիալական աշխատող» ինստիտուտի զարգացմանը: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի մամուլի ծառայությունից:

«Շարունակական կրթությունը մեր ժամանակներում պարտադիր պայման է, մեր աշխատակիցները նոր գիտելիքներն ու հմտությունները կօգտագործեն համայնքի զարգացման և մեր քաղաքացիների բարեկեցության բարձրացմանը»,- ընդգծում է Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը:

Դեռևս 2019թ. քաղաքապետարանում կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններ արվեցին: 2020թ. լարված աշխատանքը ցույց տվեց, որ ժամանակի հետ համընթաց քայլելու համար Երևանին պետք են պատրաստված սոցիալական աշխատողներ, որոնք կկարողանան քաղաքացիների հետ անցնել դժվար ճանապարհն ու հասնել խնդիրների լուծմանը: Օրինակ՝ դրամական օգնության փոխարեն աջակցել աշխատանքի տեղավորման հարցով:

Դասընթացներին մասնակցեց վարչական շրջանների շուրջ 60 աշխատակից: Օրենսդրական վերջին փոփոխություններից մինչև պրակտիկ աշխատանքային գիտելիքներ՝ թե ո՞ր իրավիճակում, ինչպե՞ս վարվել:

Ծրագիրն իրականացվեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության, «Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հետազոտությունների ազգային ինստիտուտ»-ի, ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության (USAID) ժողովրդավարության և կառավարման գրասենյակի, «Վորլդ Վիժն Հայաստան» կազմակերպության աջակցությամբ:

Ուսուցման ավարտին մասնակիցներին սպասում էր քննական հարցաշարը: Քննությունը հաջողությամբ հանձնած մասնագետներն ստացան իրենց վկայականները: Այժմ սոցիալական պաշտպանության ոլորտում կաշխատեն պրոֆեսիոնալ մասնագետներ, որոնք մայրաքաղաքի բնակիչներին կտրամադրեն որակյալ ծառայություններ:

«Հստակ քայլերով գնացինք առաջ, ունեցանք մեր աշխատակիցների վերապատրաստում: Մեծամասնությունը ստացան հավաստագրեր, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա շարունակել իրենց ծառայությունը որպես սոցիալական աշխատող: Կարծում եմ՝ սա մեծ ներդրում էր, քանի որ մարդկային կարողությունների զարգացման շնորհիվ միայն կկարողանանք հասնել հաջողությունների»,-նշում է Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը:

Համայնքը շարունակելու է սոցիալական պաշտպանության ոլորտի բարեփոխումները՝ քաղաքացիների համար մատուցվող ծառայություններն առավել հասցեական ու արդյունավետ դարձնելու համար:
