Նման որակի որոշումներ երբեմն կայացնում է Վճռաբեկ դատարանը, սակայն դատավորների ամբողջ կազմով, այն էլ ամիսների ընթացքում և բազմաթիվ օգնականների ու իրավաբանական խմբերի մանրամասն ուսումնասիրությունների և քննարկումների արդյունքում։ Եվս մեկ անգամ համոզվեցի Դավիթ Հարությունյանի խիստ բարձր պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի և սկզբունքայնության մեջ։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ԲԴԽ նախագահ (լիազորությունները կասեցված են) Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանի փաստաբան Երեմ Սարգսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով դատավոր Դավիթ Հարությունյանի որոշմանը, որով դատարանն պարտավորեցրել էր վերացնել Վարդազարյանի իրավունքների խախտումը։

«Ծանոթացա Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Դավիթ Հարությունյանի որոշմանը, որով արձանագրել է ԲԴԽ նախագահ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանի իրավունքների խախտումները (առանց անձեռնմխելիությունը հաղթահարելու քրեական հետապնդման ենթարկելու մասով)։

Բրավո Դավիթ Հարությունյան!!!
Չափազանց հիմնավորված և պատճառաբանված որոշում։
Անկախ նրանից, թե որ իրավաբանը համաձայն կլինի կամ չի լինի այդ հիմնավորումների հետ և ինչ պատճառով, սակայն չի կարող չարձանագրել, որ շատ լուրջ աշխատանք է կատարվել և հնարավոր բոլոր տեսանկյուններից քննարկվել է իրավիճակը և արտահայտվել համապատասխան դիրքորոշումներ, խիստ համոզիչ դիրքորոշումներ։

Դատախազությունը հայտարարեց, որ այդ որոշումը բողոքարկելու է Վերաքննիչ դատարան։
Նշեմ նաև, որ Վերաքննիչ դատարանի, բոլորին հայտնի՝ կամակատար և անսկզբունք մի շարք դատավորներ, նույնիսկ այդ որոշմանը մոտ հիմնավորված և պատճառաբանված որոշում երբեք չեն կայացրել և լավագույն երազում չեն կարող կայացնել, սակայն ընդամենը մի զանգով կարող են բեկանել նման որոշումը, քանի որ ոչ մասնագիտական թասիբ ունեն, ոչ էլ իրավաբանական մտածողություն։
Իսկ պատճառաբանությունը, ինչպես միշտ, կնշեն, որ «վերաքննիչ դատարանը համաձայն չէ այդ հիմնավորումների հետ», իբրև թե բան են հասկացել, հիմա էլ համաձայն չեն, իսկ թե ինչու համաձայն չէ, պետք է կռահենք, քանի որ չեն կարողանում հակափաստարկ նշել։

Նշեմ նաև, որ նման որակի որոշումներ երբեմն կայացնում է Վճռաբեկ դատարանը, սակայն դատավորների ամբողջ կազմով, այն էլ ամիսների ընթացքում և բազմաթիվ օգնականների ու իրավաբանական խմբերի մանրամասն ուսումնասիրությունների և քննարկումների արդյունքում։

Եվս մեկ անգամ համոզվեցի Դավիթ Հարությունյանի խիստ բարձր պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի և սկզբունքայնության մեջ»,֊գրել է Սարգսյանը։
