Հուլիսի 14-ին Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում, Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Երկրորդ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի նախագահությամբ, տեղի է ունեցել շքանշանի հանձնման հանդիսավոր արարողություն: Հայաստանում իրավունքի հաստատման ուղղությամբ մեծ վաստակի, հայրենանվեր, եկեղեցասեր ու ազգաշահ իրագործումների համար Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու «Սուրբ Սահակ-Սուրբ Մեսրոպ» պատվո բարձր շքանշան է հանձնվել դատավոր պրն․ Հրաչիկ Սարգսյանին: Այս մասին հայտնում են մայր Աթոռի տեղեկատվական համակարգից: 

Արարողությունը բացվել է Տերունական աղոթքով, որից հետո ներկաներին ողջունել է  Մայր Աթոռի թանգարանների և Արխիվի տնօրեն Տ. Ասողիկ աբեղա Կարապետյանը: Մեծարյալի կյանքին ու ազգանվեր գործունեությանն անդրադարձել է  ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քաղաքացիական դատարանի նախկին դատավոր Արթուր Սմբատյանը:  Ապա «Էջ Միածինն ի Հօրէ» շարականի երգեցողության ներքո բերվել է Հայրապետական սրբատառ կոնդակը, որն ընթերցեց Մայր Աթոռի Եկեղեցական հայեցակարգային բաժնի տնօրեն Տ. Վազգեն եպիսկոպոս Միրզախանյանը: 

Կոնդակում ի մասնավորի ասված է. «․․․Ճանաչում ենք Ձեզ անձնապես և ծանոթ ենք Ձեր երկարամյա արդյունաշատ գործունեությանը: Աստվածպարգև Ձեր կյանքը Դուք, որպես նվիրյալ հայորդի, ապրել եք հայրենի մեր երկրի հանդեպ որդիական սիրով` միշտ ձգտելով Տիրոջից Ձեզ պարգևված շնորհները ծառայեցնել հավատավոր մեր ժողովրդին։

Այսօր առիթ ունենք անդրադառնալու Ձեր արդյունավոր գործունեությանը։ Երկար տարիներ զբաղեցնելով բարձր պաշտոններ իրավապահ համակարգում և արդարադատության մարմիններում` Դուք կարելին ի սպաս եք դրել հանուն մեր երկրում օրինահարգ հասարակության ձևավորման: Մասնագիտական գործունեության մեջ Ձեր հաջողություններն ու ձեռքբերումները բարի արդյունքն են Ձեր նախանձախնդիր, անհոգնաբեկ աշխատանքի:
Անկեղծ հոգով Դուք դրսևորել եք նաև Ձեր որդիական սերն ու նվիրումը հանդեպ Առաքելական մեր Սուրբ Եկեղեցին և Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածինը` օժանդակություն բերելով Մայր Աթոռի գործունեությանը:

Մեր ժողովրդին և մեր Սուրբ Եկեղեցուն մատուցած Ձեր ծառայությանց բարձր գնահատանքով Հայրապետական այսու կոնդակով շնորհում ենք Ձեզ Առաքելական մեր Սուրբ Եկեղեցու «Սուրբ Սահակ-Սուրբ Մեսրոպ»  պատվո բարձր շքանշանը»:

Կոնդակի հրապարակումից հետո Վեհափառ Հայրապետը մեծարյալի կործքը զարդարել է Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու պատվո շքանշանով:

Ապա շնորհակալական խոսք էասել տիար Հրաչիկ Սարգսյանը: Վերջինս նշել է, որ իր գործունեության ընթացքում մշտապես ջանացել է արդարադատությունը իրականացնելու հետ մեկտեղ մարդկանց փոխանցել Եկեղեցու պատվիրանները՝ ընդգծելով, որ նույնականություն կա այդ պատվիրանների ու արդարադատության միջև, որի հիմքում հենց պատվիրաններն են:
Հանդիսությունն ամփոփվեց Նորին Սրբության օրհնության խոսքով: Վեհափառ Հայրապետը վերստին անդրադարձել է Հրաչիկ Սարգսյանի հայրենասեր և եկեղեցանվեր ոգուն, ինչպես նաև Սուրբ Եկեղեցու հավատավոր զավակի՝ Մայր Աթոռի նկատմամբ մշտական հոգածու վերաբերմունքին:

Իր շնորհավորանքներն ու բարեմաղթանքները բերելով պարոն Սարգսյանին՝ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը հայցել է,  որ Բարձրյալն Աստված Իր Սուրբ Աջի ամենախնամ հովանու ներքո հանապազ պահի ու պահպանի ազգի նվիրյալ զավակին և Սարգսյան ընտանիքին և շնորհի արևշատություն, նորանոր հաջողություններ և երկնահեղ ամենայն բարիք:
