«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի՝ Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայության աղբյուների փոխանցմամբ՝ Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայությունում անարխիա է տիրում: Մասնավորապես, հուլիսի 14-ին կազմակերպվել է ներքին մրցույթ բաժնի պետերի պաշտոնների համար, որպեսզի դրսից մարդ չմասնակցի, եւ իրենց ցանկալի մարդիկ աշխատեն ԴԱՀԿ-ում:

Այդ մրցույթին մասնակցել են միայն տվյալ պաշտոնների ժ/պ-ները, այլ մարդու թույլ չեն տվել մասնակցել։ Ավելին՝ աճուրդի բաժնի պետի համար պայքարող անձի նկատմամբ այս պահին ընթանում է ծառայողական քննություն հարկադիրի աշխատակիցներից մեկին ծեծելու համար։

Այդ «հերոսը» գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարող Սերգեյ Մեղրյանի կնոջ ընկերուհու ամուսինն է։ Ի՞նչ ամենաթողություն է ԴԱՀԿ-ում. տեղեկություն ստանալու համար դիմեցինք Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայություն, որտեղից Հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայության մամուլի քարտուղար Վարդուհի Պետրոսյանը հայտնեց. «Մատնանշված միջադեպը եղել է ծառայության երկու աշխատակիցների միջեւ, սակայն, որպես այդպիսին, ծեծ չի եղել, այլ տեղի է ունեցել լեզվակռիվ, վիճաբանություն, որի հանգամանքները պարզելու համար նշանակվել է ծառայողական քննություն։

Այն տեղեկությունը, թե տվյալ մրցույթի մասնակիցը որեւէ անձնական առնչություն ունի Գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողի հետ, իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում»:
