ՀՀ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանն այսօր աշխատանքային այցով եղել է «Խոր Վիրապ» և «Գոռավանի ավազուտներ» պետական արգելավայրերում, «Խոսրովի անտառ» պետական արգելոցում։

«Շրջայցը մեկնարկեցինք Կովկասի բնության հիմնադրամի (CNF) մեր գործընկերների հետ «Խոր Վիրապ» արգելավայր այցով։ Տեղում ծանոթացանք միջազգային նշանակություն ունեցող խոնավ տարածքի էկոհամակարգի, բուսական ու կենդանական աշխարհի` հատկապես ջրլող թռչունների ու դրանց ապրելավայրերի, հազվագյուտ բուսատեսակների ու դրանց աճելավայրերի պահպանության ռեժիմի առանձնահատկություններին։ Վստահ կարող եմ ասել, որ հրաշալի պայմաններ են ստեղծված թռչունների բնականոն զարգացման և վերարտադրության համար։

Քանի որ արգելավայրը գտնվում է Արաքս գետի ձախակողմյան մասի Խոր Վիրապ եկեղեցական համալիրի և Հայաստանի հնագույն մայրաքաղաք Արտաշատի աջակողմյան հատվածում, այն նաև էկոտուրիզմի զարգացման համար ունի բարենպաստ պայմաններ։ Գործընկերների հետ նախնական պայմանավորվածություն ենք ձեռք բերել մշակել և այդ տարածքում ներդնել էկոզբոսաշրջային ծրագիր՝ պահպանելով բնական միջավայրի անխաթարությունը։

Այցելեցի «Գոռավանի ավազուտներ» պետական արգելավայր։ Արգելավայրն անոթավոր բույսերի հազվագյուտ և անհետացող տեսակների թվաքանակով Հայաստանում գտնվում է առաջին տեղում։

«Խոսրովի անտառ» պետական արգելոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի՝ Վեդի քաղաքում տեղակայված վարչական շենքում խորհրդակցություն անցկացրեցի ՊՈԱԿ-ի ղեկավար կազմի, ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարների և արգելոցի տեղամասերի պետերի հետ։

Քննարկեցինք նոր մշակված էկոզբոսաշրջային երթուղիների գործարկման ընթացքը։ Հանձնարարեցի առավել պատասխանատվությամբ մոտենալ զբոսաշրջային հոսքերի կառավարմանը․ մեզ համար առաջնային տեղում բնական էկոհամակարգերի վրա մարդկային գործոնի ազդեցության նվազեցումն է։

Անդրադարձ կատարեցինք արգելոցի ենթակայության տակ գտնվող տարածքների կադաստրային շտկումների խնդրին:

Քննարկեցինք հրդեհաշիջման նյութերի և համապատասխան կապի միջոցների առկայության հետ կապված հարցեր: Շնորհակալագրեր հանձնեցի ՊՈԱԿ-ի աշխատակիցներին, ովքեր ակտիվորեն մասնակցել են շաբաթներ առաջ «Խոսրովի անտառ» պետական արգելոցի տարածքում բռնկված հրդեհների հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներին:

Այցի վերջին կանգառը «Խոսրովի անտառ» պետական արգելոցի Խոսրով տեղամասի այցելուների և տեղեկատվության կենտրոնն էր։ Այստեղ ևս հրդեհաշիջման նյութերի և համապատասխան կապի միջոցների առկայության որևէ խնդիր չունենք։

Գործընկերներիս ևս մեկ անգամ հավաստիացրել եմ, որ պետք է լիարժեք իրացնենք ոլորտի կառավարման մեզ վստահված մանդատը և առաջ տանենք այն բոլոր ծրագրերը, որոնք նախանշել ենք դեռ պատերազմից առաջ։ Մեր երկրի համար բարեփոխումների այս կարևոր փուլում մենք պարտավոր ենք ամեն օր կոնկրետ ու շոշափելի արդյունքներ գրանցել»,- ասել է նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը։
