Ռուսաստանի խաղաղապահ զորախումբը Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքում մասնակցել է հիշատակի հանրահավաքին:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը, Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքում ի պատիվ Ռուսաստանի ռազմածովային նավատորմի կազմավորման 325-ամյակի՝ խաղաղապահ զորախմբի զինծառայողները, հոգևորականության ներկայացուցիչներ, ուսանողներ և դպրոցականներ հարգանքի տուրք են մատուցել Խորհրդային Միության հերոս, նավատորմի ծովակալ Հովհաննես Իսակովի հիշատակին:

Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի հերոս, ծովակալ Իսակովի կիսանդրին պատրաստված է պղնձից և տեղադրված է Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի նրա անունը կրող փողոցում։

«Հանրահավաքի մասնակիցները մեկ րոպե լռությամբ հարգել են հիշատակը, ծաղկեպսակներ ու ծաղիկներ դրել հուշակոթողին»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Ծովակալ Իսակովը խորհրդային ամենահայտնի զորահրամանատարներից մեկն է, որն անգնահատելի ներդրում է ունեցել Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմում հաղթանակի և խորհրդային նավատորմի զարգացման մեջ։

Ծովակալ Իսակով անունով է կոչվել ռազմածովային նավատորմի նավերից և Խաղաղ օվկիանոսում գտնվող ստորջրյա լեռներից մեկը, որը հայտնաբերել են են խորհրդային օվկիանոսագետները։

Ծովակալ Իսակովի անունով կոչվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտում գտնվող փողոցներից մեկը, տնտեսություններ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Մարտունու և Մարտակերտի շրջաններում:

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Նախագահի, Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նախագահի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ նշված պայմանավորվածությունների համաձայն, 2020-ի նոյեմբերի 10-ին Մոսկվայի ժամանակով 00:00-ից հայտարարվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում կրակի և բոլոր ռազմական գործողությունների լիակատար դադարեցում:

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում կրակի և ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման վերահսկման համար տեղակայված է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ զորախումբը:
