2021 թվականի հունիսի 10-ին տարբեր ժամանակահատվածներում ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնում Աբովյան քաղաքի երեք տարբեր բնակիչներ  հաղորդում են տվել այն մասին, որ անհայտ անձը գաղտնի հափշտակել է իրենց պատկանող ավտոմեքենայի համարանիշները՝ հիշյալ ավտոմեքենաների վրա թողնելով «Telegram» հավելվածի «@hamar 555» գրառումը և դրանք վերադարձնելու դիմաց «Telegram» հավելվածի միջոցով պահանջել և ստացել է 150.000,  60․000 և 35․000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնում հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր 182-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որոնք ուղարկվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին և ընդունվել վարույթ:

Կատարված մեծածավալ, անհետաձգելի քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ վերոնշյալ հանցավոր արարքը կատարել է Երևան քաղաքի 27-ամյա բնակիչը:

Որոշում է կայացվել նշված դեպքերով հարուցված քրեական գործերը միացնելու և համատեղ քննություն կատարելու վերաբերյալ։

Բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 182-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (3 դրվագ)։ Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան` մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու մասին, որն ամբողջությամբ բավարարվել է:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
