Վերջին օրերին նորանոր կոռուպցիոն բացահայտումներ են տեղի ունենում, որոնց թիրախում են հայտնվում Շիրակի մարզպետարանի ենթակայության տակ գտնվող կառույցները: Դիցուք՝ ԱԱԾ-ն բացահայտել է Շիրակի մարզպետարանի ենթակայությամբ գործող «Արթիկի թիվ 1 հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ում և Գյումրու համայնքապետարանի «Սամբո-ձյուդոյի մանկապատանեկան մարզադպրոց» ՀՈԱԿ-ում պաշտոնեական կեղծիքներ կատարելու և առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ ընդհանուր շուրջ 41.800.000 ՀՀ դրամ հափշտակելու դեպքեր:

Մինչ այդ էլ պարզ էր դարձել, որ կոռուպցիոն բնույթի չարաշահումներ են վերհանվել «Գյումրու թիվ 37 հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ում  Բացի այդ՝ մարզի մի շարք համայնքների ղեկավարների մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելու և կոռուպցիայի մեջ: ՀՀ Շիրակի մարզի դատախազությունում քրեական գործեր են հարուցվել «Ախուրյանի թիվ 1 հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ում և Բասենի համայնքապետարանում առերևույթ կոռուպցիոն չարաշահումների փաստերի առթիվ: Գյումրու մանկապատանեկան համալիր մարզադպրոցում և Ինֆեկցիոն-հակատուբերկուլյոզային հիվանդանոցում առերևույթ կոռուպցիոն չարաշահումների փաստեր են պարզվել, որոնց առթիվ մարզի դատախազությունում հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր:

Այս բոլոր կոռուպցիոն դրվագները արձանագրվել են այն ժամանակ, երբ մարզպետ էր ՔՊ-ական Կարեն Սարուխանյանը: Հարց է առաջանում՝ վերջինս տեղյակ չի եղե՞լ, որ իր ղեկավարած մարզում կոռուպցիան իրեն զգում է ինչպես տանը, թե տեղյալ է եղել, սակայն աչք է փակել նման դրսևորումների վրա; Ընդ որում, վերը նշված կոռուպցիոն հանցագործությունների մեծ մասը տեղի է ունեցել ոչ թե նախկինների, այլ հենց գործող իշխանությունների աչքի առաջ, հետևաբար երկու դեպքում էլ նախկին մարզպետը կրում է պատասխանատվության որոշակի չափաբաժին: Թե այն դեպքում, եթե տեղյակ չի եղել, որ իր ղեկավարած մարզում չարաշահումները պետական հիմնարկներում ծլում և ծաղկում են, թե այն դեպքում, եթե տեղյակ  է եղել և ոչինչ չի ձեռնարկել:
